Because most of these alts which went down have no chance to revive their market, most of the time, the team themselves have no sincerity to develop further their project as once they got their pockets full, they will just leave it to the traders' hands. So it will slowly die up until no more is interested with their coin. This is why you need to be very cautious buying coins at the dip, much better if it is BTC or BNB, because they have high chance to recover again but with new alts, that's hard to say.

It's hard to say when the market will bounce because there's also a chance of whale manipulation that can cause a
small up, then followed by a much deeper dump.

Always have good moment to buy altcoin but we have forget with when have to sell because only get chance good moment with investing only but later never have time for selling altcoin because less reach top price. I think not really impact with how much transaction volume growing up in daily day, but how to get chance can sell on higher price after success buy some altcoin when price still drop, but bad thing after drop have another drop price for several altcoin success become as investment assets.

Being optimistic is good but It'll be bad decision to take step regarding this matter when you aren’t sure what will going on in next week. Small recovery is not only sign of bullish market but also sign of bull trap to. So think twice before finalize your decision. Apart from that, i voted for option 2: (Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, Sandbox) cause they are seem best choice among others options, in my view
The markets are going nowhere, it is better to take our time and only invest once we are sure that a recovery is underway, now this is going to reduce our potential profits but this will also decrease the losses we could incur and the risk that we are taking, something that is critical at the moment, as there are moments in which taking more risks makes sense, as when we are in the middle of a bull run, however there are other circumstances in which we must be more careful, and the current bear market that we are experiencing is one of those circumstances. 
Being optimistic is good but It'll be bad decision to take step regarding this matter when you aren’t sure what will going on in next week. Small recovery is not only sign of bullish market but also sign of bull trap to. So think twice before finalize your decision. Apart from that, i voted for option 2: (Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, Sandbox) cause they are seem best choice among others options, in my view
How we can confirm bear market coming soon? Even if bear market will never come and coming down take place like 2019-2020 then who will take profits from holding coins like your list!. Anyway its our own risk so if you can buy a coin with deap price then it will be profitable at least risk need for everything in the world.

Yeah who knows! and there is a strong possibility all you have said above will not see the light of day. Btc soon below 10k! If this happens I think investors will scoop it up so hard it will send the price back up.
Don't compare what happened with luna to all projects and certainly not btc, if you have lost money in luna that's sad but you already know crypto investment involves risk.

well, I know that currently the price of bitcoin and altcoins is still in a critical direction, even the potential for a fall could be quite large. however, it seems too soon to say that bitcoin's price could possibly go under $10k, and etheruem is back at $300. Currently, the bear market has not stopped, but I think the initial target for this is for bitcoin to be below $25k, and ethereum to be below $1.5k. if that happens then the potential you say could happen. however, buy or not, it depends on how target each person. for now, i also only buy when i need it.But, the amount of bitcoins needed to sell in order to reach those levels is huge, I do not think that it would happen this way. The worse case in my mind is to have 25k and we are going to see 600k for sure, that will be the thing that will set us apart from the regular markets because traditional markets will not recover as quickly as bitcoin could recover.
Seeing the current market conditions I chose the second option. Ethereum and Matic are options that you can choose because if in the future the use of NFT will be more popular then of course this is a good time for you to invest in these two coins. I'm not too sure about Sandbox and Avalanche so if you ask me then I'll replace it with Cardano and Ripple. And of course all choices have risks you know
All will choose the ethereum coin because the ethereum coin even though the price drops, there are still many who invest because the ethereum coin can be stored in the long term and the ethereum coin has the potential.
yes, we know Ethereum is very strong. the current price drop would be a good moment to buy it.but some people including me will think again about the market conditions that are not good. the market is still correcting, and we can see it. although there is an improvement the market is not so strong. the decline is imminent.
