I agree with you and believe that altcoins will raise much more quickly than the main crypto currency. Moreover, in my opinion altcoins have a much greater perspective to near the mass adoption and to bring the whole blockchain industry on the new level.
As the market is getting stronger and stable, it is right time to buy altcoins. We can see the entire market in the green showing the indication that coins have started increasing in prices. So it means if you do not buy coins at this time when coins have gone down significantly in prices, you will lose the opportunity to reap much benefit. In the next one month, lets say, almost all good coins will increase by at least 10 percent in prices.

It is still depends on the buyers insight, because maybe this time the price drops then they wont be able to earn for a short period of time. But still buying in the best price can lead to have a good profit if the market are consistently moving upward.
Anytime in the market is always an opportunity to buy some alt coins, it all boils down to your analysis, risk/ratio and probably your trading skills. On the contrary, you could buy once you see a good altcoin's price drop so deep and wait for a recovery.
The crypto market is looking good i think it is time to pick altcoins have faster growth just like bitcoin, i want to pick the top 5 in coin marketcap because they have big market capitalization and lot of partnerships so i guess it is really profitable.

well if the current situation like that I would buy some altcoins that I would use for investment now because seeing a good market makes me excited to invest slowly if I am greedy I certainly spend my money to buy altcoins but that is not what I do because I want to buy an altcoin that will potentially be good later.

Maybe pick top 5 of coinmarketcap will good. And then split a little amount of money to buy a token in market. Because both of it i think can make you good in trading, also you can get experience of safe trading if you don't have it yet. 
In my opinion the best time to buy altcoin is to wait for the most stable and less volatile BTC. That would be a safe choice

Investing in altcoins has been here everytime and for me there is no specific time to purchase since his has been use by daytraders and some are gaining while others fails What we need to learn is what altcoin to choose and how long we can stand to hold those as waiting time is what we are having now,look at the market seems like bullrun is newr to come

I think you have to be careful when you want to buy coins when moments like this make sure that the price of bitcoin really goes up and the price increase is not just a trap, because there are so many cryptocurrency price traps that keep traders trapped at high prices.Its true, better pick good altcoin with good developers team or better choose top 20 altcoin. But i think this is right time to invest in legit altcoin because bitcoin price looks increasing and market cap value rising and approaching $200billions. I hope this market condition will continue and able to reach highest market cap again

I certainly agree with you. There are lots of potential altcoins in store. Buying and holding altcoins would be a big advantage for us. Sometimes, we focus a lot in bitcoin that we tend to forget the value and profit that we might gain from altcoins.
In my opinion, I don't think we should overstick with analyses, both Fundamental of Technical Analyses.
I saw some guys draw dozens of technical indicators on their price chart for analyses.
Such overusing indicators for analyses should not be used.
Simply taking a look at chart, and volume movements, parabolic patterns, then we can easily get the point to stay away, wait for a bit more, or hop on the boat with buy orders.

Yes this may be the highest time to pick altcoin as price is going down as BTC price going up. Be be sure that you are not investing into shit coin which may made you fall in danger. This is also a proper time to mistake in quick decision so i suggest everybody to give every step carefully.
