But hearing them out seems to be opening the idea that there's really something wrong. I've seen them run a campaign and thought that they'll get some popularity in the forum but it all come up too quick as it ends for a week.
The representative from jackbit said that the signature campaign would be resumed, but it would be better if the complaints that appeared in this thread were resolved first because it would not be good for the results of the signature campaign if the complaint remained unresolved, and the account representative had not been online for several days, hopefully when he's back online he can take charge of all these issues just fine.

If the casino is a kyc compliance then any player playing on them should be ready to provkde tbem at whatever point mostly during withdrawal  because that is the standard practice but thing other than that will be total abuse of plahplayersht.
After reading a few complaints, that seems to be not a problem to those that have pending money that should be withdrawn. Yeah, it's a standard thing for most casinos.

I am in his same situation but told 3 months.  Definitely a dishonest and shady site.
This is why I invite you all, who have been scammed or facing troubles with this casino, to create accusation threads against them on the scam Accusations board and to provide all your proofs. If you provide enough evidence, they will get tagged and they will never have any representation on this forum till they resolve all the open scam accusation cases against them.

@elegigglebets, I can see you didn't create a scam accusation thread against them yet! Maybe you need to do it to create some noise and bring their attention to your case. You will need to follow the proper format which you can copy from the sticky thread on the scam accusations board. You will also need to provide all the evidences you have.
Casinos may seize customers funds under some circumstances or when there is an ongoing investigation. But saying that an investigation may take up to six months is not acceptable.
Hope they will solve this case asap.

Jackbit denied my withdraw and told me an investigation is underway for my account. I have deposited 500$, placed 12 bets in total and was going to withdraw 937.15$ total (so 437.15$ profit). I asked them the reason for the investigation and they refuse to tell me because it's their company's terms to not share info about an ongoing investigation with a customer and just told me that they will update me via email and that it can take up to 6 months.

Any ideas of what I should do? I have just filled a complaint with their gaming commission, should I also open a thread on scam accusations?

I've been through this exact same thing with Freshbet which also is owned by Rykers. They literally gave me hell as it took months to get out my funds. I got them after I submitted a complaint at Askgamblers.

I gave everyone a heads up here earlier when Jackbit required a video-KYC from me and that they took their time to verify it.

Im so sick of this industry and this is one of the reasons why.
Maybe they are fond of holding on funds. Pretty disappointing thing that a casino can do. Most of us hate KYC but I think they are taking advantage of it and delaying the payment for their customers. It is an absolute hassle to participate on a regular KYC, What more from a video KYC. I haven't experienced that but I know it is a very hassle thing to do and adding to that is the time to verify it. You experienced being hold out by the same company twice, Why would you still play on casino that is run by them. This kind of even can happen again and again since there's a chance that they are hoping that their customer won't participate in these KYC and keep your money. I participated on regular KYC on some casino and it's fast, I don't know why average ranked casino like this take too much time in verifying their customers.

I really don't mind doing a KYC, as long as I can collect what I deservedly earned.

Why would you even question why I opened an account on Jackbit, to make money obviously.
Do you think this is the only company that has made me go through the hassle? Im used to this shit.

So far I cannot do anything but recommend against playing at this casino.

My funds have been held for two weeks without a word from the site, other than "wait until we contact you" this is after a successful KYC, and going on a good run in sports where I am up to 16 BNB.

So if you win, very well expect your money to be locked up for however long they would like.

AVOID JACKBIT
Basing up on the screenshot that it is pertaining about sites terms and conditions which you might violate up something which it is really that very common for a house or platform to locked up funds
if ever they do see somethings suspicious.Mind to say on what you have just done? Multi-accounting? Some exploit or what?

The only i dont like on reading up with those responses from the team is that investigation do takes about 3 months... Whaaaatt?

Never multi accounted, never exploited. Just won bets on college basketball and nba and occasional euro league.

AVOID Jackbit they will hold your funds if you are a winner

Here you can see my discussion with the livechat (might have to zoom in a bit). Last pic shows my total deposits and my current balance.

I suggest you to create a scam accusation thread for your case and you can follow the format in this thread. It is just unfortunate, they are new here and there is an issue like this. It does not make senses for me if they cant give you the reason why they need to investigate your bets, even worst they said that investigation may take up to 6 months. The amount is not that big for a casino that claim themselves as Top casino, they should prove themselves that they are top by serving players and resolving issue as soon as possible.

This is ridiculous if you got the message from Jackbit that you need to wait for 6 months for your case to be solved. How can they say such a thing if they want to grow their site and business?

However, in order to believe that whatever you are saying is right, would you mind sharing some relevant proofs and screenshots showing that whatever you are trying to claim is true and not fake?

We don't need to conclude about the signature campaign of this casino which is currently in a hold position, the ones who know best why this signature campaign is temporarily stopped are the manager and the casino itself. We don't need to draw conclusions because of this and so on, more casinos are running and having an announcement thread on this forum isn't doing a signature campaign and that doesn't prove that they don't have the funds or something because they must have other ways of marketing
Of course, every casino has its own budget to carry out campaigns that doesn't mean they don't have marketing costs, of course all casinos need marketing to attract new users to play at their casino, one of which is a signature campaign, maybe they have other strategies for marketing, so I think no need to impose what they have strategically
there is a lot for the team to do marketing as it looks common, namely signature campaigns, but I personally like marketing by making promotions for new users or old users to get bonuses, because more will be able to experience it compared to signature campaigns

Good to have both since it will add additional exposure to what bonuses or other promotions you held if this one visible to the signatures wore by few selected forum users in this forum. Although running multiple campaign cost a lot of money but if they are consistently done its really worth it since success will come and gamblers will always remember them as good option to play when they are bored.

At first facilitating promotions is really tough, as the allocation of budget most of the time will come out from the owners funds, but once they manage to established and bring more new users, the chance of gaining the ROI is not by far, a successful marketing means a lot for the business, with good promotions and advertisement, the chance to gather more users and gamblers to play and stay using the services that the house is providing.

It's how the team will balance and weight both expenses and potential benefits.

Having multiple promotions is a fast way to gain popularity but then consistency is what gives a.plartfoem long-term visibility as a new casino revenue is a key aspect that needs to be checked, so while you consider budgeting for promotion also take the time to evaluate the performance of the casino and what area you need to improve on.
