Welcome to this forum.
I checked your casino and it took quite a while for the home page to load perfectly, I thought it was because of the internet connection but it didn't.

I'm not sure if it's because it's a new casino so it still needs a lot of development or because there aren't that many active players there because in the all bet and high rollers section there are no changes whatsoever.

But whatever it is, once again welcome to this forum and don't hesitate to promote here and contact one of the campaign managers who provide services on this forum to help you promote properly here.
it loads perfectly fine in my side as I have checked this site now .

Looks like a new casino with some of those "Fuck the User" TOS.

At least they don't charge a fee for deposits, lmao.

To be honest, what have those guys in mind? for real they think someone will play on their casino with those nasty rules? why would someone will have to give all his documents and then wait for 2 days or more for the withdrawal, it just nonsense to me.

They have already addressed the issue  - according to them withdrawals are typically instant and the 2 working days waiting period doesn’t affect it, so you’d get credited within hours/minutes (I haven’t used it before) of placing a withdrawal.

But like I said before, it would be better if they can make some changes in their ToS so that people reading it won’t get confused when they come across this part, they can just let people know that the 2 days or more waiting period would only apply to accounts that is being suspected conducting activities that are out of the ordinary.

Exactly this.

We're currently working on updating our ToS, as well.

Welcome mate. I see lots of accolades here for your casino which is a good one but however, I was able to get registered on your casino and it was a success and to be frank the process was easy and seamless but I would want to hear from you because I tried doing kyc for level one and would want to know the maximum and minimum deposit and withdrawal for such kyc level because I know for sure not every privilege such kyc level enjoys on most casino platforms.

Hey, thank you very much for your message! Let me know your username on-site! 😉

As of now, there are no minimum or maximum amounts. We only ask for extended KYC passed level 1 when there are suspicious activities on the account (such as accounts being flagged by anti-money laundering policies, for example).

While we do not offer upfront cash at the moment, we're happy to match the rank and provide different types of bonuses (deposit bonuses, wager targets (i.e.: $350 per $100k wagered), etc...) depending on the person's stats on their previous casino.
How about just having that as an option for VIP players without having to show that they are high rollers somewhere else? You can have the VIP option to get $350 for every $100k wagered which will be released slowly as the stake gets close to the required amount.

This is a suggestion cause not all players like to reach out to support or will want to go through the process of showing details from their other accounts. This will not be replacing the other option, but as an additional option to build new VIP players on Jackpotbet.

It would be better if you can give more information about it publicly, something like what is/are the benefits of the VIP transfer for the players.
Just like a pure VIP level transfer or you are offering something like free balance as well for those who do it?
Other important thing is that what are the things that should be prepared by players who are willing to do the VIP transfer.

To verify the VIP transfer, you will be required to provide your stats and some proof that you own the account. Sometimes, we will verify an account by sending a small tip to it.

Please read my reply from a couple of messages above yours... 2 days is the maximum amount of time it could take. Most of our withdrawals are processed instantly or close to instant.

2 days are too long waiting time and according to their ToS, it can be longer than 2 days for special cases. With normal cases, 2 days of withdrawal processing time is too long waiting time as users will mostly want to have something like instant withdrawal or within an hour or not too longer than that.

With these points in their ToS, probably their platform has manual approval and broadcast for user withdrawal requests. It's not automatic process.

I don't say they will scam but in the past, Betnomi is a case like this. Jackpot.bet team can improve their platform and withdrawal processing time.

Just created an account because I'm curious to look deeper your casino, the first thing I noticed is the warning sign on my account to complete Level 1 verification.

Then I tried the cashier, there is only a deposit option available (cant find withdrawal tab) so I guess that KYC Level 1 is required/mandatory in order to withdraw but not for deposit. Correct me if I'm wrong.
I think it is better if you make it mandatory even before a user is allowed to deposit than allowing user to deposit without KYC but requiring KYC for withdrawal.

It seems like you really need the verification before you’ll be able to see the withdrawal feature.

And here’s from their ToS.

Since the withdrawal feature is not yet available and I’m not quite ready to give out the information that’s required for level 1 verification so I can’t see the minimum amount that can be withdrawn from the site.

So if I want to withdraw $100 or even $50 I’ll have to wait for 2 days before receiving the money? I think this should only apply to high rollers and not small bettors.

  • Would you guys like to see a Wagering competition soon? Exclusive to Bitcoin Talk.

Wagering competition is not my thing even when I was still actively gambling, but you can try it here to know how it goes.
As far as I can see wagering contest is not that popular in this forum and maybe you wont get many participants especially if the prize is not attractive.

Hey folks!  Cheesy

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. Bringing some answers with me. But before that, a couple of things:
  • If you are a VIP somewhere, please reach out! We will sort you out with a VIP transfer Wink

Welcome to Bitcointalk forum!

I like the idea of having a global jackpot which every users that made bet eligible and it’s on a random basis as long as user bets. Most of the casino tournaments and promotions nowadays focus on the wager volume requirement that gives the whale players dominate the promotion.

Looking forward to see more promotion like this exclusive in the forum.

Thanks for this! Our last Global Jackpot winner won >$10k with a small bet (I cannot remember the exact amount, but it was nothing crazy).

It's currently over $5,000, let's see how high it can go!  Cool

Hey Jackpot.bet welcome to the community, though I wouldn't go further praising your project as I know there have been a lot of good words to your project.

But then, I didn't see what I was expecting to see in this write up your project has all it takes to attract people inside but I want to know simple thing;

1. What are your level of kyc ranking from 1-5?
2. How long does your kyc takes to process?
3. What is the maximum amount to be withdrawn by each user (gambler) if they truly pass all the kyc level?

I believe what we look at here is transparency, and for your site to get more user signed up all this has to be simple and stress free from gamblers.
However, I do love sports betting I would so much value that area since you said is coming soon.

Hey there, thank you for your questions!

Questions 1. and 2. are covered in our KYC Help article, which you can find here. Please note we have 4 levels and not 5 at the moment.

To answer your third question, there is no maximum amount limit as of now.

Yes, you currently need KYC Level 1, which is instant and basic information, to withdraw.

Withdrawals are 99% of the time instant or close to instant. It can take up to 2 days, but the maximum we've had so far was 2-3 hours.

So if I want to withdraw $100 or even $50 I’ll have to wait for 2 days before receiving the money? I think this should only apply to high rollers and not small bettors.
I asked about this in their group chat and it was clarified that withdrawals are usually processed instantly and only rarely can it take longer than that.
I haven't made a withdrawal yet, but from their explanation, more often than not, your transaction will be completed in good time according to the network rate of the crypto you're using.

Thank you for jumping in!

I like that the casino shows the terms of service on registration and also the cutsomer support message which says we are on to a founding team member. More often than not, customer service seems to be very out of touch with the team on casinos I play on.

The KYC requirements is however strict and I will rather a casino asks for KYC on deposits rather than on withdrawals if it has to be mandatory for either, this way the user is sure they meet the requirements before putting money in.

Thank you for the kind words!

We will look into the KYC requirements, thank you for sharing your concern.

Welcome to the forum, mate. The domain name is really attractive, and you are lucky that you got an interesting domain name. The announcement thread looks really impressive and well equipped with all the necessary information. It’s great to see that you guys are also planning to launch a sportsbook. This will definitely help you to attract more gamblers to the site.

If you sign up using code bitcointalk, you can also expect exclusive competitions and offers!  Wink
This is another plus point I would say. I will definitely check the site now, and try some games.

Thank you, we appreciate it! We, too, love our domain name!  Wink

And yes, we have some juicy exclusive stuff incoming!  Grin

Having instant withdrawal processing time for users is very impressive, but it does not give perfect withdrawal processing time because on any platform, there are times thing will be handled slower than usual. It can be their own problems technically or it can relate to blockchain issues like if Bitcoin, Ethereum networks are busy and transaction fees are very high, it can be time to stop instant withdrawal support and wait for a while to get better fees.

I believe that users who already enjoy a long time of instant withdrawal, fee waive from the platform will understand it and support their temporary changes.

You should not talk about instant withdrawals, cuz you know the site you advertise used to delay Wdws for hours?

If that’s true then it would be very good for them to make changes to that part of their ToS so that those reading it won’t get a wrong impression of the casino.

I'm failed to understand what's actually the logo of your casino? it's a slime? pudding, mochi or what? Cheesy

Well, to me it looks like a “money bag” and a “crown” on top and if we combine both of them it actually give a representation of a jackpot (bag containing a high amount of money).  Grin

It was after I read your post that I went back to check it, I didn’t even pay attention to it the first time.

Not your keys, not your coins!
Thanks for the mention but if you see a company post an announcement and they have a copper membership, they likely have already contacted someone or been contacted by someone for marketing purposes.
I think so too, because it's hard or almost impossible for a completely new forum member like a casino representative to quickly know about Copper Membership after creating their brand account and launch an announcement thread.

In addition, OP has a good graphic design for this announcement thread too so it's very possibly that this casino team or marketing team already worked with someone who is experienced in Bitcoin forum and also know well about graphic design for announcement thread. It's also possibly that a signature campaign manager was already known by the casino team too.
