Just realised Jack didn't change address after the request I made to them and sent to other address, but thanks for pointing that out.

I have recieved my reward via th BTC segwit wallet submitted and I checked the transaction details and saw that it was deposited within the 24 hour window as stated by the campaign manager.

You may want to check if you used a different wallet asides your regular wallet or check in on you Jacksclub account if you got your wallet from there. I believe the payments has been effected across board.

The domain is very much related to gambling you can easily tell that it is a casino because the words Jack and Club are synonymous with casino and the extension IO is preferable for gaming platforms so jacksclub.io is a good name for a casino.

I remember having an account at this casino and registering it for quite a long time, but the password I recorded didn't work so I tried to forgot the password by entering my email address, unfortunately after waiting a few minutes the code that was said to be sent to my email was not sent to my email to forget the password. I have faced this problem several times at other casinos and it is quite annoying, so jacksclub needs to fix the problems faced by its users, because opening a new account for a member who is quite active in playing is certainly not a pleasant thing because it means the account will start from scratch.

After waiting for about 1 hour without receiving a code to change the password, I finally decided to create a new account.

Without much words I think the interface is truly impressive without so much alarming colors
I already did my registration and so far there wasn’t any single hassle and I love the simplicity of the interface but it seems the site plays only casino games because there weren’t other games there and I barely play casino games because i think it’s more of luck base and I think I’m out of luck on casinos.

I also tried the chat feature which wasn’t very great to me because it never opened up despite several attempt to load it and I think you have to check and fix this up immediately because nothing frustrates a gambler more than not getting response from a representative when it’s needed most.

My Review:

Signing up

The first thing am going to talk about under this section from what I've encountered was that the website was fast and loaded well which was as expected for a good performance, but i discover that when i wanted to sign up, the page was not coming up for signing up on the browser i was using which was chrome, before i then switched to brave which then properly open the page for sign up, i understand that this may be probably my own error due to the browser or device used or rather the website being selective on that.

The Website Appearance and Settings.

I like the way the entire website appearance was, starting from the theme, fonts and the arrangements for each section of games, this is one of the first attraction that a gambler use in making a decision to either use a gambling platform or not because that the first representation of the image of the gambling platforms, I must applaud a well done job on that.

Supported Currencies

I also like the ideal way used by Jack's Club gambling platform to ensure that they supported a numbers of currencies that are reputable and common by everyone, this alone is one of the reasons gamblers can use to stay when they realized they won't have a deposit challenge in some currencies they may desire.

The deposit is one of the easiest to do because the entire procedures are straight forward and easy to achieve, i also liked the withdrawal of having a minimum amount of 0.001btc as balance while the transaction fee is not something to worry about as well.

My review:

The user interface is good, clean and fast. But I think adding live support (which usually placed on yellow square) is necessary because a guest/visitor can't ask in public live chat as we need to create an account first. Since login and sign up buttons can be find in top middle page, so the login and sign up buttons in right bottom seems unnecessary for me.




To claim JCC coin is quite hard because there's no button directing to claim the free coins (which found in left top page), not every new user aware with that. The button is quite hidden.




I try to play dice using JCC coin and want to verify my bets, but I found a problem here. Why the result between the game and through provably fair is different when I already input a same client seed, nonce and server seed? Does provably fair only works for real coins or I did a mistake?







I like the fun battle in your casino, this will make new people attracted. My little suggestion is using native segwit address for Bitcoin deposit and offer three priority during withdrawal e.g. slow, medium and fast.

Initial observation

The website loads very fast and because of the dark theme, it is easy on the eyes. The registration process is simple. Enter an email address, enter a username, enter a password, and then reconfirm the password. I entered all the details and then got a validation error for the username. I am not sure why I received that error so I re-entered the username by changing the first alphabet of my username from small to caps and this time it worked. I confirmation code was sent to my email address which I had to enter before registration was completed.

Games

Jack's Club has a big collection of a lot of games, I am not a fan of every game that is being offered as I generally tend to play dice, crash, and mine. I wanted to try a few games on a trial basis but it doesn't give that option. Which I felt should be allowed especially if someone is new to online crypto gambling. I have seen a couple of casinos do allow their users to try their games before they deposit and start playing.

Sports betting

Being a sports betting fan and a bettor I expected them to have sports betting. Unfortunately, they don't offer it and I hope the team looks into this aspect of gambling in the future.

They accept multiple cryptocurrencies as deposits. Bitcoin is also accepted but with the increase in transaction fees, you can opt for other cryptocurrencies like Tron, Ripple, and others.

Conclusion

I expected the platform to offer an extra layer of security to the account holders by offering Google Authenticator. Which I did not find available at the moment. I hope they look into it as account security is one of the important features that gamblers check.
