As explained above by Jacksclub reps and on my previous post, It has no real value. It’s just a play money token that you can use to try the house games. However, you can earn real money using it by participating the daily tournament and secure a spot.
Try Arena house games. It’s so much fun because a battle of anime characters which is unique only to Jacksclub. I manage to earn a lot by simply betting on my favorite characters like the DBZ characters since they are OP.

I cant remember when Jacksclub removed the exchange feature but it was long time ago, I do not know if they will bring it back in the future or not but I think the chance is small unless Jacksclub want to make JCC to be like other casino's token.
I didn't aware of this that they have this features on their casino!! Don't know what's the core cause of behind this they remove this features from their casino but hoping the will bring it back in the future.
