It was the Bitcointalk forum that inspired us to create Bitcointalksearch.org - Bitcointalk is an excellent site that should be the default page for anybody dealing in cryptocurrency, since it is a virtual gold-mine of data. However, our experience and user feedback led us create our site; Bitcointalk's search is slow, and difficult to get the results you need, because you need to log in first to find anything useful - furthermore, there are rate limiters for their search functionality.
The aim of our project is to create a faster website that yields more results and faster without having to create an account and eliminate the need to log in - your personal data, therefore, will never be in jeopardy since we are not asking for any of your data and you don't need to provide them to use our site with all of its capabilities.
We created this website with the sole purpose of users being able to search quickly and efficiently in the field of cryptocurrency so they will have access to the latest and most accurate information and thereby assisting the crypto-community at large.

Thanks for the honest feedback and congratulations on that contest win—every bit counts, right? 😊 We're glad you like the platform design, but we hear you loud and clear on the need for live support. Real-time assistance does make a big difference, and it's something we're actively considering for JacksClub.io as part of our commitment to creating a more engaging and responsive experience. Thank you for the answer. Yes, not having live chat support is a big disadvantage. It's crucial for new users. You may not get many requests from your existing players. But when a new player sign up on your platform, they may not understand how it works, and they could have dozens of questions. For this reason, live chat is a must for casinos. Most companies seem to use Intercom these days. Quote As for the chat, we're working on ways to make it more streamlined and less "spammy" for a better community feel. Our goal is to create a balanced environment where players can interact meaningfully, and any tips like yours are super helpful. To make it less spammy, you could ask your current moderators to take care of the chat when they are online. Or you could hire some additional chat moderators. If I am not wrong, many people want to volunteer as a chat moderator. By the way, you violate forum rules by writing more than one post in a row. You are allowed to write one post within a 24-hour timeframe. But if someone replies, then you can post another. Please merge all these posts into one. November 05, 2024, 10:55:20 AM
snip.. Come on man! You are quoting me for nothing as I have written Goodluck to the team and you. If you don't know how to converse in the forum them you are not doing what is expected by you by the team. Please don't quote multiple replies when you do not understand what is happening in that conversation. It is is not that hard for you to understand what you need to do next time onwards. I hope you found marketing manager who is good enough to come out and reply me with the forum rules of posting and replies. Do understand, you are the reason why I am so much questioning your integrity. Edit: Still waiting for your reply! 😒 November 05, 2024, 10:22:34 AM
Hey, I am just coming here now from the service board and I think I like the conversation that is already on going. I also think I like the approach that the casino is applying. Very listening. I followed the chat that led to this and I like your reply. Way before live support became a thing, there was email. I don't have any problem of contacting support through email as long as they will reply and resolve whatever issues I have as fast as live support would. Thank you for the suggestion. We will definitely keep this in mind. We do not have a live support yet, however, we are working towards having a live support. If you wish to contact our support team, you can email them on [email protected], and they will get back to you. We do understand that it should be done sooner, be rest assured, we will make it a point to update here as well in case of any such issues that might be going on. Great job and looking forward to the your updates here. Thank you for the kind words! We're really glad to hear that the approach resonates with you. Staying engaged and being responsive to community feedback is something we prioritize, and it’s great to know it’s coming through. Email support has always been a solid choice, and our goal is definitely to make sure response times and resolutions are just as smooth as live support. We will certainly work on getting live support as well on the platform as live support is an integral part of any company's growth. If there’s anything you need or would like to discuss further, feel free to reach out here or through email which is [email protected] — we're listening and always ready to help. 😊 Looking forward to seeing you around and keeping you updated! At least offering a forum related context and bonuses will be a bigger way of attracting other forum members who are not participating in the signature campaign to also create accounts on this platform. It is good to see a casino coming back to the basic of marketing after trying multiple approach. I hope you guys get success with your new strategy and may the campaign last longer than those which have been active for more than 2 years. Hello! We really appreciate your support and enthusiasm for JacksClub.io! It’s fantastic to see our community members noticing our efforts to connect and grow through the signature campaign. Sometimes, going back to basics is just what’s needed to get closer to the people who make this platform what it is. 😊 We’re hopeful this campaign brings in a strong, engaged community, and we’re certainly aiming for long-term success—just like those campaigns you mentioned that have lasted for years. Thank you again for the encouragement, and here’s to a promising future for JacksClub.io and everyone involved! Happy gaming, and let’s keep the momentum going! 🎉 Having live support is a must-thing in casinos these days. You guys are pretty much an old casino. You should have had it already. People do not want to use email to ask every little question they may have and wait for the answer. While the live chat works like an instant messenger. I found Jacksclub's design is good, the chat is a little spammy, but the worst thing is you guys have no live support. It seems like I won 1.6 USD from a contest. Not bad considering how much I wagered. Congratulations on starting a new signature campaign. I hope it will help you guys to keep your business boosted. Most important is your engagement with the community. People like platforms with active representatives. We’re excited about staying more connected with our community and making this a platform that’s enjoyable for everyone. I hope you guys get success with your new strategy and may the campaign last longer than those which have been active for more than 2 years. what do you think that makes JackdClub to return and start a fresh campaign? I do ask myself that why some of the casinos do pause their signature campaign in forum, is it that the have gotten the awareness they needed or the site of the casino is not functioning effectively or they are not making much profit from their casino, because believe that they more campaign runs the more the site is be know to people who doesn't know the site, and players will be willing to play their new casinos they have, so I don't really know exactly why some of the casinos pause their campaign, JackdClub establish their ANN thread, I think it should 2020, and they left later return, I believe this time they will stay longThat’s a great question! We actually paused our previous signature campaign because we realized the response wasn’t as strong as we had hoped. Instead of continuing down that path, we decided to focus on improving the user experience and addressing feedback from our community. Now that we’ve developed some clear marketing strategies, we’re excited to launch a new campaign with the goal of establishing a long-term presence in the community. We believe this fresh approach will better engage players and help us connect with a wider audience. Thanks for your support, and we’re looking forward to making JacksClub.io an even better place for everyone! Marketing budgets, cutting down costs and weighing the good and bad of every campaign - a lot things go into thinking the decisions about how to keep a ship running. For campaign to keep on running its depends on the traffic they get, because if they don't have traffic I don't think that they will keep on running, two things maybe involved for the campaign to run, they have money or gather firm in bitcointalk but decided to leave or take their campaign to another social media platform, so it's personally base on them, that's another thing, just as bestchange, is an exchange, when they gather firm in the bitcointalk platform they decide to leave is not that they are short of cash, but they decide to leave, but in some of the casinos, immediately they gather firm or make profit enough, you will see them, they will go on break, and after some months and they will come up again, I think is the aspect I'm emphasizing on.End of the day, its their casino, its their choice what type of promotional campaign they want to run. Let us hope this one runs for some time and is able to help the site draw the traffic it needs and in turn benefit both the community here and the owners of the site. We should make sure to participate in their prediction games if not entering the campaign. Provably that it always depend on the outcome of their casino. Since if they didn't get much traffic despite of marketing efforts made here then provably they gonna stop their campaign since maybe its waste of company resources if they push to have this without getting any returns. Although its still up on the efforts they made since gamblers always go to those casino who can entertain or at least catch their attention either thru promotion or other benefits to get from their platform. But still good that Jacksclub think about running another round of campaign again and extend more their presence to new people came here trying to find some good place to try. You’re absolutely right! Campaigns are a big investment, so had to carefully consider the return on the efforts and resources as a small startup with very limited funds to be allocated to each thing we wanted to do. If a campaign isn’t drawing enough traffic or meeting goals, it often makes sense to step back, re-evaluate, and maybe explore other channels or strategies. It’s a balance between attracting new players and making sure the effort is worth it in the long run. At JacksClub, we decided to run another campaign now because we’re committed to building a lasting presence here on the forum and in the community as well as we have built a base now. This time, we’re focusing on clear strategies to engage players in meaningful ways—whether it’s through prediction games, bonuses, or just creating a platform where players enjoy spending time. Let’s hope this campaign is one that benefits everyone involved, and thanks for the support! Greetings Bitcointalk Community, That's massive that your team are moving forward with more active marketing activities. First a signature campaign launched days ago, previously your team have Price prediction contests that I guess will continue, and now this one Jacks Club's November Madness.Get ready for the Jacks Club's November Madness - featuring $200 giveaways every Saturday and Sunday! Jacks Club with several years of appearance in the forum, already has its brand exposure here with good reputation and now at nearly ending of 2024, it looks like your team are ready to gear up more initiatives to make the platform bigger by doing more active marketing programs for forum community and beyond that. Choosing weekends for doing this chat giveaway event is a good idea too. It's time when people have more spare time than usual so it can help maximizing your event effects. Thanks so much for noticing our recent initiatives! 😊 We’re excited to be rolling out a variety of activities to keep our community engaged, including the weekend giveaways, which we’ve been running for a few months now and definitely plan to keep going. Holding them on weekends has worked out great, and it’s awesome to hear you think so too! We’re also working on adding even more events throughout the week—some through streamers and some directly on our platform—to give players something fun to look forward to every day. And as for our long-running contests, like the Bitcoin price prediction, we’re in the process of making some updates to keep things fresh and exciting, especially since we’ve already hit the 47-week mark! Thanks again for the support, and we hope to keep bringing even more entertainment to JacksClub! Competition could be one of the reasons that they give a comeback and have another signature campaign run, not the first that time it had happen. We've seen campaigns bringing back their brand awareness. JackClub being a known casino started a signature campaign after trying all other marketing gimmicks. Either the marketing manager was high on ice or he had zero understanding how to get the forum members visit and use the online casino. I remember he used to every thing possible that is supposed to be done after launching a signature campaign. I am certain they as in the team did not take marketing seriously within the forum. And as I have said, there are new casinos popping up in the crypto space, so at least those old casinos, although established might want to see their brand in this community again. Some of us have been in this community for so long that we have identified old brands and maybe we can go back to them again and get it a try. Casino business after COVID has shifted online more than offline. I won't say it has surpassed offline casino earning but in the future it will. Let's say give them another 10 years and you will witness the change. There is a constant increase in competition and if a online casino owner thinks that marketing is not that important then they should look into the success of some of the trusted online casino that have thier ANN here in the forum. I feel most old brands that never came up with signature campaign will now look forward to it. Thanks for sharing your thoughts! At JacksClub, our approach has been to prioritize building a solid user experience and focusing on the platform itself before jumping too deep into major marketing campaigns. We believe that a great player experience and engaging features should come first, so we put a lot of effort into refining these elements and listening to community feedback. Now that we’ve made some key improvements, we’re excited to roll out this new campaign to better showcase what JacksClub has to offer. Our goal is to reconnect with forum members and welcome new players by creating a space that feels enjoyable and rewarding to use. Thanks for being part of this journey with us, and we’re looking forward to continuing to build a fun, player-focused community together! November 05, 2024, 10:11:00 AM
