I guess this is probably due to the number of people trying to be active on chat to get the rain from rainbot huh. Its crazy how people keep trying to make money out of this way but they used to have mods on chat (?) I guess its no longer there huh, its been a while since I visited the site

Most probably it is a bug if you have indeed wagered your deposit twice. Otherwise, the system needs some time to update your wager and allow you to withdraw. There could be another reason behind this,

It is an important point for a business and you did a great help to contribute for JacksClub.io team to expand their business more. From basics, if they can make their users comfortable and happy, they can gain more users and become a bigger platform.

Hiring staffs to moderate chats and supports.
Deploying AI chat bot to support with basic questions and direct users to a relevant category to open their support ticket.

I see many platforms apply chat bots as part of their support.

Either this is a bug or as @hopenotlate have pointed out, that the game might not contribute to the requirements. Have you raised a ticket regarding this issue? It helps that you do too to cover all the bases and help the development team see which is the problem since they'll be able to eliminate quickly the potential problems that's on their checklist. I do hope that you also have some form of proof or evidence regarding your issue since that can help you solidify your claim that you've got a problem in their casino.

Nice casino to use especially one that has a faucet on it.

The 1x wagering requirement on deposits is commonly implemented by casinos to guard against money laundering and fraudulent activities. It ensures that players participate in some gaming activity with their deposited funds before being eligible to withdraw them. Some of the casinos I know like Stake.com don't require you to wager your deposit.

He asked whether is it a bug because he feels that he has wagered his deposit twice (2x) but he is unable to withdraw. There are 3 possible cases here:
1. There is a bug on the system that miscalculate his wager.
2. He is the one who miscalculate his wager amount, or:
3. The games that he player has no contribution towards wagering requirement.
The 3rd case is rarely happen because games contribution towards wagering requirement usually applied for deposit bonus only unless jacksclub also apply it for the normal wagering requirement on deposit without bonus.

Aside from the rain, one of the reasons why the chat is full of spam is the lack of a moderator online. I also noticed that you only need to wager 10 USD to be able to use the chat. Most casinos I know require players to wager a minimum of 500-1K USD to use the chat feature. For sure some of this users came from winners of twitter giveaway and trying spam chat to get some rain amount.

The traffic of Jacksclub can be considered as low compared to other casinos, so it is reasonable if the requirement to chat is still low because if the requirement is too high then there will be so low activity in the chat room. The same happened at Stake, they increased the wager requirement to be able to chat after their traffic is increased significantly. Moderator is crucial obviously especially when the site provide promotions through the chat such as rain, roll hunt, etc. I'm not sure how many moderators here at Jacksclub but they should have at least 1-2 active moderators who can manage the chatroom well, at least to avoid spams when there is event in chatroom.
