So? It is their own wallet so they are setting up their own rules. Maybe they don't like centralized and intrusive management of ETH/ETC?
I am not complaining that blockchain.info or Xapo is only accepting bitcoins or not ETH, DASH or DOGE.

I think DASH more decent, just look at it as DASH older than ETCdash is a more stable coin and a much more better idea than etc. ETC is an overhyped stuff imo.

Okay but maybe they have some reason for supporting dash, they think dash is better than etc, just my opinions, but discussing it with their customer.
