Well hello there!
A brief summary of JDBIF's trading algorithm:

1.) Deposit investor funds in SealsWithClubs online poker site.
2.) Hit the tables
3.) Lose it all
4.) Payout fractional dividend with small percentage of initially invested funds to lure in more new investors
5.) Rinse and repeat

Stay away from this guy.

Well hello there!
Yo Bif.  Official swing-trade shareholder question here:

"Why in Hades didn't we get any posts about this most recent tanking?  I do so miss your uber-accurate forecasts!!"  <---more sarcasm

*No, in all seriousness though.  I think your overall valuation for jdbif is way too small.  I mean only a million BTC?  Come on, surely with the high degree of accuracy that you guys where attaining (sorry, can't help myself), I figure you guys are worth at least Half if not 3/4's of all the bitcoin that ever will be!!  (last one for this post I swear!!)

Just wanted to flag to everyone JDBIF - Joker's Dragon BTC Investment Fund appears to be trying to lure in poor unsuspecting newcomers.. look at the inflated price of the stock today!

Please everyone do NOT buy this listing it is clearly a scam and I know the user running it and they have been absent for many months, always avoided questions, never explained how all the BTC was lost many times that was supposed to be traded with.

I know for a fact that this user who listed this listing is a frequent user of bitcoin gambling sites and I saw him betting large amounts that I am 99% sure were the investors btc he was gambling.

You have been warned. and cryptostocks should really delist this scam!

Fuzzybear
Yea it looks like it, if you look at the trade history and amount of public stocks you see that he dumped 553 281 shares into the orderbook at 0,000002 - 0,000001 per share today, then erased the orderbook and locked peoples shares in by setting IPO flag, then it looks like he have bought 18 shares himself, probably from some other accounts he controls at the crazy prize 0,01 per share to try to lure people like you said.

He also broke the promise from the 11 nov 2013 to not release more than the 3 000 000 shares that then was issued, in the process when he released 7 000 000 more shares today.
from JDBIF's announcement 11 nov 2013 "...but now its the last release(of shares) for next 365 days, it is part of the contract."

and if you add the fact that he is obligated to pay 20% interest(witch he hasen't done since october 2012) on the shares face value 0,01 according to the original contract, he's dept to the shareholders increased by 6 000 btc per month when there was 3 000 000 shares out and now by over 7100 btc per month. I think it's about time kumala demands advanced verification for this scammer.

Well hello there!
Looks like it's time for him to release jdbif v8.8

jdbif_con_status := undeniable;

jdbif update from cryptostocks (timestamp: 06 Mar 08:38)

"MtGox bankruptcy and JDBIF recapitalization.
JDBIF was severely damaged by the Mtgox bankruptcy.

Recapitalization

We are working hard on last two weeks with our HKFG (Hong Kong Financial Group) partner to rebuild our bankroll as soon as possible to ensure the continuation of the best algorithm operation on the BTC market.
We are not inducing any undesired panic and we are pretty confident that we going to be sucessfull with this rescue plan.
We also see the current JDBIF shares value as a strong opportunity to any interested investor"

It's this last line that really blows me away.  A warning to all you new guys out there.  jdbif is a complete scam...your guaranteed to leave jdbif with fewer satoshi's then you entered with.

Imagine that!! JDBIF, yet another in long line of crypto::stocks scams.  Price just tanked to 0.000002/share, and guess whose responsible?!  You guessed, good ole JDBIF himself!!  Wow...just wow!!

Well, on a positive note...at least he sold nearly all his shares!!  <---sarcasm
Yea if TRJ will keep his promise from the 11 nov to not release more than 3 000 000 shares for a 365 day period this should be the last of his crazy big sellouts in a while. But we know we can't trust him or his fund so we'll see.

He still owes his shareholders 20% interest on the shares face value, 0,01 btc for the period 1 nov 2012 up till today, he has been in violation of his contract for over a year now, i highly doubt it's possible for him to pay 6000 btc a month to his shareholders so i can only see one way this JDBIF thing will end for the brazilian citisen jokerdragon/TheRealJoker007/mindragon or whatever he likes to call hinself.

hi JD,

i just "invested" almost 1 btc in your bussiness, since i don't think btc will double the price at witch i bought it (almost 220$) until the next difficulty (2015?).

Now, i looked your posts, and i will not be a smart person if i didn't warn you.

1-Security: 2FA everywhere, yubikey/google authenticator, included lastpass for random 14 characters different password everywhere, no java or flash! or use different browsers/pcs.  Even i had problems with some virus after installing office from dubious sources.

2- Trading, do you use a trading bot... i will sugest don't have all the coins at mtgox. Use armory to do offline wallet, put half there, use truecrypt to store the keys and backup the file to usb/dropbox.

3-The price of your stock, if btc goes up more than what you pay in dividends, your stock will go down, it's a paradox...

I will suggest paying your dividends in [insert alt currency] or in buy-backs like you are doing now, but very slowly, just put a giant buy at .005 this month, at .0055 next month, and it has to continue forever, at even smaller increments of 5 to 10% . i see a problem here since there is not enought decimals at cryptostocks...

4-The alt-coins, don't be fooled by the troll-box of btc-e, they are there just for trading purposes of the russian-alt-mining-schemes , this people, know for their pump & dump, will deceive you into putting your btc in them, do not do it: many alt-coins are flawed, proned to 51% atack, controlled by small group of people, and are NOT in development, meaning if a flaw is found in bitcoin it can be fixed but this are just copy-paste coins that don't even bothered to change the readme's txt. Read the real specs of everycoin, PPC unlimited, DVC as a reward for "developers" means they will be exchanged to btc asap! , while other hugely controled NVC per example is too dificult to setup the miner so even a computer technician will have problem doing it , Use only to short/arbitrage between them & btc.

5-Remember all coins are produced at a steady rate, (example 25*6*24=3600btc per day!) if there's no more money in their price should decline, in this regard mtgox and the miners/large coin holders have the key.

TL,DR,
In this forum nobody will blink an eye if you lose all your coins in mtgox, your computer was hack, you send your coins to a scam website etc etc.
So take care.

Thanks for your words.

Another usefull info, I shared a prediction about BTC price. Look, it can fail! Nice opportunity to throw more rocks. Kisses  Cool

http://jdbif7.blogspot.com.br/2013/04/early-prediction-prices-today-btc-just.html

Here, for posterity, is the prediction:

"Remember, nothing is unfailable, but right now, BTC is 175, and JDIBF predicts a full regeneration to 250 US$ level, very very soon. You can check the date and time of this post, and tell me if JDBIF can help you to invest better. Don't fight with Mt.Gox. Invest with us and relax. JDBIF, the best algorithm on BTC market."

Any clarification on what "very very soon" means?  Today?  Tomorrow?  Within a week?

I don't doubt BTC will reach $250 again - assume everyone here believes that or they're wasting their time being involved in it (if BTC doesn't reach $250 again then it's failed).

Yep, this prediction failed for now, but as we said (" nothing is unfailable") in our site jdbif7.blogspot.com we are buying and raising shares value:

2.2.2) 1broker©: We found on 1broker© a strong partner and a new world of opportunities. With 200x leverage on currency pairs, 1broker© allows JDBIF© to get strong profits without big risks.

NOTHING that has 200x leverage can be done without big risks.  Leverage increases profit at the expense of also increasing risk - that's the nature of the beast.

Not true. We use 0.01 or at max 0.1 per trade, where 200x leverage allow this small trades to give out big profits, as you can see here.

What we have here is a supposed fund that:

1.  Failed to pay the dividends it had promised.
We payed what we could. As pointed out on initial text, the JDBIF algorithm was on test phase, and we now have a better product.
2.  Gave no explanation of that for many months - then finally ocmes up with the excuse that they stopepd paying dividends to raise the share price.
Explanation about why this happened also is on jdbif7.blogspot.com
3.  The share price has fallen in the meantime.
True. No excuses here. We can't control the market, at that point.
4.  No monthly results or statements of holdings of ANY kind are provided.  ALl you get are (sometimes) random amounts paid as dividends which in no way match the promised returns.
JDBIF gave more than 60% back in dividends to our shareholders, and I know many pretty happy with it.
5.  Apparently profit is being made by trading fiat currency pairs.  It would be hard to make a BTC-denominated profit doing that.
Again, not true. Check 1broker.com and if you are a good trader, you can profit in BTCs there, trading currency pairs.

This time round there's a bit more explanation than the first time the scam sold shares.  But there's still absolutely basic howlers in it, such as:

1.  Not understanding the different between Copyright and Patent.
In your opinion.
2.  Claiming you can do massively leveraged trading without high risk (only possible if the outcome is KNOWN).
Also already explained.
3.  Still no explanation of how the fund is valued - let alone historical valuations.  This one's problematic for JDBIF - as if he produces historical results that DON'T show a massive profit then it gives the lie to some of his claims.  If, on the other hand, he invents historical results that DO show a massive profit then some of his investors (I assume there ARE some - not all of the sales can be to himself/his alts) may want to cash out at that price.
Here you give us your opinion. This is not a fact, for sure.
4.  Claiming to be run by an incorporated company that hasn't even been incorporated.  That's a criminal offence in most countries - attempting to obtain money by deception.
Incorporated because we propescted Investor Angels, and they are our partners on the business now. Our lawyer is running against the clock to register ASAP. No crime here, for sure.
5.  Believing he can incorporate a company to run a collective investment scheme - not many places you can do that without also needing to register with relevant regulatory authorities.
As pointed out too in our site (jdbif7.blogspot.com) BTC business still facing dificulties to register since BTC is out of any goverment control yet.

In short it's a pretty obvious scam.  That he's come back to try to steal more funds after not getting enough first time round says a lot about his low opinion of the level of business sense of Bitcoin users.  On that one point he's probably correct.
Also, another opinion. I don't ask you to truth our business, but think twice before throwing rocks you don't know where. Peace, Best Regards.
