i think you have used a bonus account, can i say how many you have won and request a withdraw ? 9 day for confirm one account is very big time, i can understand if you have won more bitcoin
well,i still not request a withdraw or fulfill the bonus,here i see many member complain that their account is blocked after requesting bonus withdraw,their acc is block after submitting the paper scanned copy.this time first i want to get verified and then start playing the bonus..lets see what will happen to me...bcoz after getting verified,there might be no big reason for banned r8 after requesting bonus winning.

We have changed our deposit wallets recently. This is why some old users get this error message. If you receive this message, please contact our support team, the definitely will sort it out.
i can't makewithdrawal too, the warning same as like you mentioned above. i did not have trouble to withdraw until i received 500mbtc prize from jetwin competition last week
Since you have made withdrawals before, could you confirm that it is a must to upload our docs in order to withdraw? I'm interested to play in this site because as I see the odds on the sports betting are good enough, but if it requires ID verification so I prefer not to deposit and play.
I have my account with them since Sep last year iirc and they have never asked me to provide any sort of IDs but I also never applied for any sort of bonuses/promotions, I always deposit, play and if I am lucky I win and then I withdraw. This is the first time I had any problems withdrawing but as mentioned above, it was a technical problem not related to verification what so ever.

Why can't I withdraw my money jetwin? Its no bonus or anything, I am trying to withdraw 20 mBTC but it is giving me this weird error as soon as I hit the withdraw tab?

Whether to withdraw in situ must require verification ID..?? . I guess if it's not very nice to be treated to a gambling site, because there is no gambling in the fraud could be done (except the site owners). But if verification ID imposed on lending site that does fit into place. because in the lending sites must have a valid data, for if the people who don't want to pay/borrow a blur.

EDIT: RESOLVED
I was right, they told me to try with another browser but it didn't solve the problem, they then informed that they have forwarded the problem to their IT department and 20 minutes later they told me to withdraw and it will work and it did, I withdrew and it was instant.

They will never reply to this question because if they say now that there is no need for identity doc in this case then later it would be hard to confiscate your funds
