Why do I get 50 coins per block in my solo mining instead of 200 coin per block

that google spreadsheet, if people do not connect, no trade. If you look at it, trade should already happened

cgminer diff increase from 72.2K to 115K, looks like a lot people joined the mining.
Diff is still pretty low though.
