PS: Note that in the future no escrow fees will be refunded once the escrow amount hits the escrow address, even if the escrow does not complete. (seller goes MIA after confirmation etc)

Note that escrow contracts/releases are normally being sent out twice a day at morning and nighttime, so don't panic if you don't see me on the afternoon! Thanks!

Yep, but I guess it should be 0 or at most 0.0005 unless the funds are really fragmented. The tx fees when the funds are released to the seller, if any, is on me/seller.
