About Mcafee's intention what you mention. even under his twitter post about RDD, I saw some one has commented with screen shot , That he has asked 25BTC to promote a coin. Actually It wasn't real McAfee, It was a fake account. We still can't approve that he promote coins for money. I don't know, however it is important for us to be vigilant.

If John McAfee provoked the growth of Reddcoin, then after these statements I think we should get out of this crypto currency.
RDD made insane growth in a few weeks. It seems that the dump begins.

I wonder why he is hyping different coins every few days? Does he invest in them then does a pump and dump? I think now so many people on twitter and YouTube are just giving out information to gain for themselves and create their own pump groups. I really dislike the shilling he's doing. I don't understand why, isn't he rich enough yet? Pretty sad he has to resort to doing this.

Or it's because RDD was already pumped 800-1000% in the last week or so. It's been on a crazy pump from as little as 8 satoshi. Everything needs to be put in to context my friend.

Before this pump, There was a huge pump from last week, RDD was sleeping until then. Now John Mcafee tweeted, Pump got new momentum.

Absolutely. RDD has no active development probably for the whole 2017. Mr McAfee even asks some of the projects for 20 BTC for promotion. I have no idea why people even mention his name these days.
