yes you're right, I'm even fed up with this person. he made a statement only for his own benefit. I have not liked this person since he started advising on shit projects last year. I do not know how much he was paid to promote these projects, but certainly because he was many ico investors who lost. they think what is said is the truth.

This is the problem with some of these top people that we see speak of some certain coins, they are doing so not because they are actually interested in it but because of the money they want and this will be sending signal to lost of their fans that they are actually not true to their world. I know that they are influencers, but it is just like brand ambassador, if you want to stick with a project, stick with that, let us see that is what you have been known for and if you don’t, lets know exactly that you are just doing it for money.

I never saw Mcaffee as a brand influencer before until I saw this post, and it shows to me that he will influence even a shitcoins provided it can bring some money to him. How can you be supporting these Chinese coins when you know they have plans to just make bitcoin loose relevance and you claim to be a supporter of bitcoin.

Many people seem to have been influenced by the words of john McAfee now, although we see many ico projects that he suggested almost failed miserably but there are still fools who follow he is , I think now it's better to rely on our common sense than to have to follow john McAfee's advice not necessarily true as what he said. I personally now think that McAfee is a big braggart, and we should just ignore all his words.

I don't know how it becomes a serious company when the sound of the name of the project, is very much synonymous to being dead, investors will have second thought investing in that coin, especially if the name of Mcafee is being attached to that project.

Let's admit it, Mcafee lost his touch as a great influencer because of his involvement in pump and dump projects, also surprised that they paid him that huge amount if their project is really that goodm they don't need influencers or hype.

somehow John McAfee attracted a lot of people's attention and trusted all his words. i also feel John McAfee is like an actor and is good at seducing many weak hands to believe it.

Coinpedia is a fake news site promoting fake news and shilling about scam ICOs. If something is just in Coinpedia and nowhere else, than it surely is fake.

The last time I heard about John McAfee, he was facing charges of some allegations which he reportedly never had anything to do with. With that said, it is really hard to give heed to whatever he says as it has always been for his own glory, whether he was paid by companies to talk about them.
At this point, I don't think he should be considered a crypto influencer at all as he's been mostly leeching on whatever he finds decent enough to make him a good sum of money.

I agree with this and I actually started my post stating that he's a cryptocurrency supporter and a public figure. I don't deny the benefits of thins in increasing awareness, although he's controversial (and some may link crypto with his drug days). I don't know. But I don't deny that's good to have him (too) on our side.

But this shilling business is a bit too big and too obvious imho. And I don't like it, I have the right for such an opinion.
