i hope the blockchain start to move again soon, dev do you think changing the difficulty recalculation it can be fixed or if big miners go in and out there are no options for solve that?

Next Diff is "1.24402207" i believe which is 1 block away
Why developer can't hire a miner for few hrs to clear this diff issue?
Right now the own network is stalled because of this issue.
