He isn't a special one in football anymore, his tactics strategy is outdated and easily read by others. but, what Roma gets is popularity, possibility Mourinho will get a new sponsorship for Roma because he is still a famous and media darling.

Going where teams can afford to get all players booked in the name of defending, Jose will miss that fast paced football and displinary then again his work has been made easy no need of going back to teach the basics of defending. Congratulations to Jose mourinho I said it earlier that it won't take much time before he joins another club, Seria A will be more competitive next season with Roma, Inter, AC Milan and Juventus slugging it out to win scudetto, however I don't think Roma has quality players to compete favorable with the big clubs, the only two average players in the club are Smalling and henrikh unless the club embark on buying of more quality players to beef up and strengthen the squad
It doesn't seem necessary that many quality players are needed if the coach is "the special one". With a great coach, at least ordinary players can become extraordinary, right. Previously I thought Mou would be better off replacing Pirlo at Juventus, because then it seems possible for Juventus to win the Scudetto again next season if Mou comes at Juventus. The competition in Serie A will be more and more competitive of course, and it will not always be about one club getting the Scudetto title for the following seasons in Serie A.

The big surprise for me is Wolves the favorite destination which doesn't make much sense to me. What he needs is to adjust his strategy for the game. Tactically, he always had something simple, slightly defensive. His strength was knowing how to motivate the players for the games. The problem, for him, is that the current game is tactically much better. It takes more well-studied tactics in order to make a difference.
I think he will now be without a club next season.
All the big clubs in Europe are well served by coaches. Perhaps only Juventos may need a better coach. But with the probable departure of Ronaldo, the team will no longer be competitive, in my opinion.
Going to a national team, it was something where I think he would be good. But, he would only want to train the Portugal team. And at this moment, Portugal has a good coach, who should not leave before the next World Cup.

So now he is working as a talksport agent which is actually very good. Since he understands the game and would be able to do it way better !
He's likely got it written into his contract that if a managerial position comes up that hes interested in, then he'll leave his position at TalkSport. If he was to get away from coaching permanently I would actually expect him to end up being a pundit. A few times hes had guest appearances as a pundit he really has brought a different element with his tactical mind. Plus, he's controversial exactly what BT Sport or Sky Sports want as a pundit.
