Pish-posh, dear compatriot! Far from being tardy, you've arrived with clockwork precision. The grand tapestry of Bitcoin, along with its cyberspace brethren, continually weaves a pattern that ebbs and flows with the arrival of new faces. Since its inception in the tumultuous year of 2009, Bitcoin's influence over the global pecuniary landscape has been akin to a supernova, brilliant and game-changing.

Prudence and wisdom dictate the acquisition of knowledge about the skeletal structure that powers this system - the revolutionary blockchain. To merely invest would be a disservice, but to comprehend the philosophical underpinnings of Bitcoin is an exercise that rewards generously.

Ah, and a word to the wise, remember the old adage: Rome was not constructed overnight. To master the universe of Bitcoin and its intricate mechanisms will require a good measure of patience and time. However, the result is worth the proverbial gold. So, step aboard this Bitcoin locomotive and keep a steady grip! HODL steadfast!

In January 2009 after the release of Bitcoin, the journey to financial freedom begun, i believe this is the right platform for me to learn more about bitcoin, though Bitcoin is 14 years old now, hope i'm not too late to join the bus?
May people have think of this, that they are late in bitcoin, but from my understanding I know quite well that their is no time you bitcoin is late or abnormal time to join bitcoin, but I believe that bitcoin technology will not die so therefore anytime you join the forum of bitcointalk you will still learn and understand the preamble or basic things about bitcoin,  what you need is consistent research and observation in cryptocurrency that will enable you to understand more of bitcoin, because some years back in forum they have discussed many things that is related to bitcoin so nothing is new of bitcoin except some of the measures of the security.

It's never too late to invest in something. Especially with cryptocurrencies, especially bitcoin, which I think is very suitable for you to invest at this time, and bitcoin continues to grow rapidly over time and more and more people know and invest in it from various circles.
even though the current bitcoin price is higher than at that time, and you can still do it according to your ability and the best is to do a DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) strategy that you can buy at a certain time or time that you have set regularly. And this is the best choice for the long term because bitcoin will continue to increase even though it fluctuates, in the end it will increase again and even exceed its highest price. And what you prepare and instill in yourself is, you must have strong patience and also believe.

No one is late when it comes to bitcoin investment. 14 years old is still young IMO. Although bitcoin has already grown a lot since its inception there's still a lot of room for growth. There are only a few million people in the world that holds bitcoin. Bitcoin is still far from becoming a normal currency worldwide like our fiat. There are only 2 countries that officially call bitcoin a legal tender.

Even bitcoin's previous ATH of $68k is far from the current price of bitcoin. I expect bitcoin to reach its previous ATH price by next year or by 2025. If we buy at today's price that is more than 200% of our investment in a year or 2. No financial institutions will double your money in that short span of time. Bank interests, bonds, and other government and banking instruments can only offer little returns and are usually not enough to cover inflation.

In terms of profit, no other asset or investment can do what bitcoin has been doing, its profit is really everyone's dream. But don't just talk about profit but forget about risk when investing in it, the higher the return, the higher the risk. It's never too late to invest as long as the volatility of bitcoin persists, but I think it's better to invest as soon as possible because every day, bitcoin gets bigger and smaller, and the profits will get smaller and smaller. So grab the opportunity as soon as possible, don't hesitate and procrastinate.

Yeah bro, I think you are just in time to join the moving train, although the question asked is quite understandable but I can tell you certainly that bitcoin is still at it early years because a time is coming when the massive use of bitcoin will be like a pandemic disease that has no cure and most government actually fighting it now will have no choice but to succum to its influencive powers and the price of it by then would have grown so huge that anyone trying to use it as an investment platform will be discourage because he will feeling the exact way you are feeling now.

Of course, you are not late, you can be ahead of the old ones here. If you are persistent in learning this, for sure you will be able to catch up with the knowledge of others who are ahead of you in the cryptocurrency industry.

As long as you are studying the things here in the forum, you can at the same time do at least some basic trading here, even if it's just a small amount, but not immediately with a large capital. Listen to those who can be called here and have extensive knowledge of Bitcoin or cryptocurrency on this platform.

but of course it's never too late to invest in btc because according to people's analysis that bitcoin price will be high in the future.

Let's not just hope and use the analysis of price predictors as the reasons for our Bitcoin purchase. Having a high profit in mind can actually be misleading sometimes. This is what leads most people to borrow because they will have to borrow funds that they don't have just to grab the chance of buying and accumulating big before the exact predicted price will come, so that they can actually be at an advantage, which is the worst move to make. Future price prediction doesn't actually work the way we predict it to.

So I advise that if you want to buy and hold, just buy and hold for the long term, not minding when the big day will actually come, because it might come when you least expect it. That's why one can actually enter the market when they have the money and opportunity to; my profit day might not be your own profit day because we all did not enter the market at the same time.

For that long, since you know about Bitcoin, pretty enough that had changed your mind and seen the good things about this. I feel doubts in you about Bitcoin at first but the good thing is that you see its potential and value this time. I would tell you that stop thinking about whether you are late or not, but rather think about how you are forming a better future. Buying Bitcoin is not just we are only investing but also, we are supporting the said market innovation that we all can benefit from this.

Greetings!!! It's never too late to start with BTC! These days BTC is more suitable for long-term hodling. There is not a great chance to become really rich in a couple of months, but having some btc is surely a benefit! As for altcoins... I think they have the same tendency. So, it's anyway a good decision to join bitcointalk! You are welcome!

If I say you are late what do you think you will do? This question is not call for. You can learn, study, trade invest in bitcoin at anytime and also join the bitcoin forum which is bitcointalk at anytime to learn more about coins and also altcoins. And since you said you want to learn more about bitcoin then you to read more because the best student in class is the one who read more than the others. So take reading as your second name. As far as I know there is no late comer in bitcoin all depends on the effort you put into it.

There is a saying in my place that "what ever time a man wakes up in the day, is his morning".
You waking up to bitcoin right now, is your morning, and lucky enough for you, you woke up early, you are not late, now is the best time to start your journey to financial freedom with Bitcoin, Infact, some of those who invested in bitcoin in its early days didnt make as much profit as we all probably think, not every early adopter of bitcoin is super rich today, because some of them probably didn't believe bitcoin will get this far, and so, sold off their bitcoin rather too early, some were careless with their wallet and lost access to it, and some other lost their bitcoin through various unfortunate means and circumstances.

Today, we now know the importance of bitcoin, and have a better hope for its future, we know better to protect our bitcoin investment after we have secured it - so yeah, you are not late to the party, and yes, this forum is the best place to learn about bitcoin, being a user of this forum is being part of bitcoin's history, because, bitcoin itself originated from this forum, this is the first place bitcoin was discussed about, even when it has not launched, until it got launched and till today, bitcoin is still being discussed here.

You are not late to Bitcoin, mate. There is this saying that "if you stick around so long close to the barber shop, you will get a haircut for free." I can say that if you stick around so closely on this platform, you will know more about Bitcoin and how to go wisely about your investment. Talking about being late to Bitcoin, come to think of it, even in the next five years, there are still going to be newcomers to Bitcoin. So, if you invest now, you are even more early than people who will come aboard later. "Buy the dip and hold" is what most bitcoiners do. And you should also imagine what your profit from Bitcoin investments can turn out to be in the next 10 years.

Everyone will say one word about this "I was running late and started to miss the bus" and sadly no one cares whether it's late or not for us to the system of financial freedom through bitcoin. The age of bitcoin has entered 14 years and how can we get the maximum benefit from investing in bitcoin and try to make patterns so that we continue to consistently buy every time we have money.

To be honest it's never too late when you want to invest in bitcoin, it's just that you need to be more consistent and continue to collect according to the capital you have. DCA is one of the closest for you to take this approach to enter the market and I believe that when you are consistent in the coming year you will be holding growing amounts of bitcoins.

OP, it would be more convenient to move this topic to the section for beginners and help. If you are a real beginner, there is good news in that section, where there is a lot of material available.
But when it comes to whether you're joining Bitcoin late, since you're talking about the bus, it's better to ride it than stay on the road. Be one of us, make some investments, and you will become a bitcoiner, and no matter how much capital you have in the first steps, the main thing is to start, read, and study. You will not be disappointed, believe me.

op you seem to be new to this forum, I think you are now in the right forum to learn about bitcoin.

as many people say in this forum that it's never too late to invest in btc, and my opinion is the same.

I think for sure people who are in 2037 will say that the price of btc in 2023 is cheap, just like us who are now in 2023 say that btc in 2009 is still cheap.

so basically it's never too late to invest in btc, with the condition that you have to be ready to accept the risk.
