1.member给jr点赞，一次只能点一个，但是自己的merit不会少。
2.自己的merit只能使用一半给别点赞

活跃度56也没用，马上就要升级了，才来这么一个新规，这个merit值都不知道怎么获取，想升级就更难了，哪里有人平白无故给你送分啊？
这更新的什么意思没有弄懂啊！
