It is very strange to see Curacao on that "prohibited" country list, they are usually the go to site for many of these illegal online casinos. So they allow other countries to license there, but they block their own people from visiting these sites. 
In any way, the only way for me to access the site was through a VPN and it was terribly slow.... my country is not even under the prohibited list.
A lot of these sites over do the security measures and restrictions and it scare away legitimate gamblers.

As stomachgrowls said that this is just a gambling site that do have slot games then there are lots of reputable sites that we know and if people cant even barely access the site even they are
not on the restricted countries list will surely skip this out.

Im able to access the site using via OPERA browser VPN.
Which country able?, I try to use VPN, seems Singapore can't access that site either, got error 1001Just used up the optimal location and just toggle it on
Basing of the the ip address shown in the image 77.111.246.14.This is located in Scotland,UK and if you do read up their terms
which do say that it cant offer its service on said countries which do includes UK in the list but i do able to access it using UK ip.

Tried accessing the site and faced the 'Access Denied' issue just like the other posters. I feel like way too many countries have been restricted here which looks bad for the site in my opinion.
The weird thing here is that many review sites seem to indicate that this is a decent website overall, but the restrictions and KYC requirements seem to say another story. Care to clarify op?

Seems people raising many question but I am quite surprised with "JumbaBet" behaviour. They have created their account on July-01 and made this thread at the same day. But they went offline after made this announcement thread. Today is July-04 and still now OP is inactive means last active on July-01. I am not sure if OP will be back online again but really this behaviour isn't expected newly announced gambling site. It does prove that JumbaBet team isn't professional and not supporting their gamblers.
It seems that it is not official representative of jumbabet, perhaps jumbabet paid a marketing service to announce the casino here in bitcointalk. I don't know if they say exactly, but this link is like a shortened link with bit.ly that can be done for free. Moreover, it is quite strange if they track the number of clicks on a forum thread when they don't even work here to answer their potential customers 
I can try using Tor to access their connection, but I believe that this is a problem for them, not a regional limitation.About TOR using, yeah, they have to figure it out but I guess they will still count that as long as the link has been used whether copied from the forum or directed access on the tor browser using the exact link.

Seems like at least for me the website is loading after the 5 seconds allocated and to my surprise the casino has a large range of games to choose from but to my disappointment all of them look like a 'scam' type casino, the graphics for me are appalling it just doesn't give that authentic feel - sorry!
Also, for some reason the 'Change to French' tab is always pinned, this should be under the language section or something...
