I have read about JUNO, interesting about the purpose of the project. The Children's Soccer Academy is one that needs support from numerous communities around the world. The recruitment of local trainers will contribute to making the academy work well. How do you attract trainers to join? How are the coaches' qualifications determined?
During our work, we have accumulated a huge amount of information, more than 1,500 pages of instructions on operating a business and methodology for teaching children, as well as more than 300 hours of educational videos.
In order for information to be better absorbed, we deliver it consistently and step-by-step. We divided the information into educational levels, and when coach, dealer or manager gets access to ERP, he has to learn a certain amount of information and pass evaluation tests.
If the test is passed successfully, access to the next educational level is granted. Users receive points in their rating for each passed test and educational level, and this is displayed in their profile, which also develops and opens up new opportunities. If a coach does not pass the tests for a long time and does not increase his educational level, he receives a notification suggesting that he does it. If he does not react to it for some time and does not continue the learning process, the message comes to the dealer, and then to the brand manager in the headquarters. Information materials and tests are constantly being added, new educational levels are being developed. Thus, the learning process becomes endless, but it doesn’t take much time and it is interesting because gamification of the process. We hold various contests for coaches with the best rating who receive not only virtual but also material rewards.
Stable leaders of rating are invited for an internship and offered a job in the headquarters. After receiving a certain number of points, the functionality of the account expands, a trainer has an opportunity to not only study the materials, but also to communicate directly with our methodologists and experts, to participate in the development of the project and content generation.
The system has already more than 1,500 registered coaches; it is a very large community. We strive to make our staff self-educated and direct their activity towards the project’s development.
