How those ranks are determined? I don't see any buttom to cast our vote, but in the list it shows vote cound and rating it get out of 5. Which is quite unclear.

users/visitors rank + number of votes + geo targeting (almost all of them does not accept several countries). You can always vote even if you are not a member.

You should add warnings for some of the casinos on the list.
I tried to register on two sites but get banned on registration without any reasons LOL. Not really sure why I get banned but it is weird because I have not registered before.
And I think OP should differentiate between faucet and no deposit bonus because some sites just offer faucet but listed as no deposit bonus.

However I disagree with the order you selected. Maybe you just did to advertise

Exactly, this is how the order is generated, you must add the geo-targeting that automatically push on top the websites that accept players from each visitor country. As another fair security measure voting will be soon available for registered members only.

i would not say this site is nice its promoting casinos with no-deposit bonus and when u open it there is clearly saying up to 100% deposit bonus

I understand that you would like to get visitors to your website and I am fine with it , its just that I got in here to see the list , I was send to another place to see it which made me feel like I was tricked.

Yet another helpful bitcoin resource. I hope this is added to the wiki for various bitcoin site references. 89 casinos touted on that link but I'm sure there's more. When will we ever see a 100% comprehensive listing of all gambling sites that take bitcoin? heh... but would that include ponzi sites?
Definitely no ponzi sites ever! I've recently updated the list, now the results are sorted by the best match for visitor country + user votes.
