There's millions of Bitcoin blogs. We need one that really stands up and happens to be extremely helpful and unique. Not to say your blog isn't any of that, but just to remind you that those traits will be needed.

Can you promote products that can be bought with bitcoins something like an Amazon ad that leads to a bitcoin marketplace instead and earn from the commissions?

I created the blog to offer my services and for money as well, I'm sure i can work with anything.
If an adult cam website that accepts btc offers me to promote them thru my ref link, I'd gladly do it so long as its legit.

I think having a blog about reviewing gambling websites and which one are working and which aren't would be profitable and reasonably active since it is the busiest field in bitcoin, If you don't have ethical problems with that though.

Since there's a new doubler or double your coin site born everyday why not blog about them and share to the world your experience, if they are paying or not, but it would require an investment. You use and post your referral link so others will use your link to sign up on that reviewed site.

I decided to create a bitcoin and hope to get more contents, I know its not something new but maybe i could help spread the world about it. someone told me, bitcoin affiliate marketing is an uncharted territory.
I was thinking of joining affiliate marketing and promote some services through the affiliate link, can you suggest me which of them to promote to which I could potentially earn?

There are many options for this. I won't be naming any specific ones, but you can look at cloud mining companies, exchanges, Bitcoin casinos, advertising networks or online shops that accept Bitcoin.
Just make sure that your articles provide some value to the person who's reading it and people will be more willing to sign up through your referral link Wink

It is a good decision you have made today buddy. There are lots of people interested in getting into bitcoin but they do lack the knowledge. i am therefore hoping that it will be the best place for discussions and learning great stuffs. Thanks for the good job you have done.

You could get Ad Sense. By buying the service here to get some visitors.

After a lot of visitors then maybe add some ads to your web.

I do have adsense actually. I have it since 2008 back when adsense weren't yet very strict about applications. in fact I just got it using blogspot page and it was just a personal blog. I might insert some adsense add once the traffic gets about 300+ a day. Not sure if i get that massive traffic in a year unless bitcoin will be widely used.

i have a blog about faucet and basic information abut bitcoin, it's not bad to earn passive income from a-ads and affilate program, every sunday i always got payment from that blog,it's not much,  but if you want to earn more, just make website like cointelegraph or coindesk, and if it's popullar, everything are on your site are gold, just saying

Perhaps you could try to put blockadz banners (pay per impression) and a banner for blockadz affiliate link. I have a blog (not about Bitcoin) and earn around 200k-300k satoshis daily from impressions.

Also articles about faucets and faucets rotators (with its affiliate links) may end summing a nice ammount.

I guess if you target audience is people new to bitcoin this is viable. I myself will immediately close any site that posts faucet rotators or affiliate links.

Normal ads are fine.

Many people here are talking about marketing, ad placements, referrals, etc. The only thing you need to focus on if you have a site or blog is creating great content, the rest will come. No amount of marketing will bring you visitors if the content is poor. Having a successful site is very difficult, maybe much more so than a regular business. You need skill, talent or both.

Even it is not really a new thing that doesn't mean that is an old or unproductive thing. Doing a blog is always a useful way to achieve your aim. Whatever will be (a normal one I hope). The problem is not the idea of creating a blog and this can seems an out of time thing but with what do you be able to fill it. The content is that "key" which make an blog an out of time thing or a wonderful place to stay. So all with depends from you. If you will be able to offer interesting and useful things your can have big satisfaction from your "old" idea. Otherwise no one can be attracted and the only who will see it may be only you. I have three opportunities to offer to you but here is not allowed to put referral links. If you are interested pm me and I will send those even with some explanations which give enough warranties (according to me) to be considered as good ones. Here I can tell only that I am earning at all indifferent amounts with two of those (since two months) and have based hopes to have the same range (maybe even higher) of earnings even from the third one. Good luck! Smiley

Hey,
Nice! Will you tell us the url afterwards? (if this sounds wrong, its probably because I haven't found the url yet.)
Use a service such as adbit for your monies on ads...
Idk about advertising but better to contact the companies...

Not comfortable  inserting my blog link here especially because it don't yet have much content to it. like i said it only have two articles as of now. it just introduce bitcoin to the world and one that contains speculation/ prediction to what will happen to bitcoin in the near future and its possibilities. I did introduce the blog somewhere and i got some bad reviews and so i indeed it still needs graphic design and some better layout.

As was mentioned above, don't overdo it with the ads no matter which route you use. Some of the better known "news sites" like bitcoinist and newsbtc I don't even bother to read because of the pages barfing ads, and they don't render properly with adblock. If you have good content I am likely to support your blog via tips or donations. Advertising that is overdone is a hugr turnoff and makes you look unprofessional or like a tabloid really. Unless that is the direction you are going.  Cheesy

Which bitcoin site do you guys consider great that you somehow read from time to time?
Maybe I can also check it an will know which ad sizes and what makes it look professional.  I don't have coding skills and so all i did is grab some wordpress theme and install it. I just replaced the logo and banner I've come up.
