But an honest opinion would be to invest now because the price is relatively low.

Anywhere in the range of $5000-$10k is a great buy at the moment. I do believe we will have a retrace to 5k,but if you have confidence in the technology behind Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies you shouldn't care about a few thousands dollars especially if you invest little money. since you have an extra money, if you can accept to lose in, why not spend it in investment in bitcoin. most of the rich people who uses bitcoin are the people who keep on investing no matter what. this is the best chance you will have since the price is very low today. when it becomes high again, you can sell it in a higher price which will make your income very big.

You can definitely invest but if you really want to invest, invest for long term or period because currenctly the price is low and you won't earn any profit in short time so if you really want benefits you have to wait. This is also the best time to invest in bitcoin I would say.

I think Bitcoin is the best choice for investing but if it is a bit high for you then you can try investing on NEO or ETH. These are potential coins and the price will definitely rise. You should also do your own research in the coinbase to get more idea.

How much is your capital? don't try to divert your attention to the next possible coin which can grow like bitcoin. Price seems to be low since yesterday caused by many rumors such as the FUD made by CNBC and the sell of silkroad's wallet.
Don't be influenced by the people that are shilling you some unpopular altcoins that says it will bring you a lot of money by just investing to it. Do your research and invest with your preferable coin but if you are unaware of those coins, stick yourself to bitcoin.
