If you're going to run a 1-100 game and end it before there are 100 unique and legitimate repliers, then you should have each person's post #-1 be their fixed number.

Correct but I would have to have a very trusted member to tell the number to then I'd still have to hope that he doesn't have an alt account at least this way I know who wins and somebody gets free BTC. Truthfully that's the only safest and fairest way that I see.
