Took me and the wife about 30 minutes to get the edges done. Exciting puzzle. Now the hard part begins...

End day 1. About 1.5 hours into it.

500 or 5000 pieces it's all the same. Put enough time into it and you'll get it done. It's all relative. I don't see the value in more pieces. The time is worth more to me. But honestly if they had a bigger size I would of ordered that. This was the only one available.

It took about 7 days, a few hours a day. Framing it was a process too. Had to get a thick paper to glue it on and then it started warping when it dried so I had to press it with some weight for a day. I'm sure there is a right way of doing it and I should of googled it but whatever it turned out alright.

Congratulations! You really did it. If I am in your side maybe now I'm in hospital. But let me challenge you. Memorize the picture on its box cover. Then solve it again without guide.  Grin Grin

500 piece puzzle wouldn't really take that long as people expected in the start of the thread. Good job OP. Did you do it 25 hours straight?

It very hard to finish that puzzle. Its not a usual puzzle i ever seen so far. Even the edge cant easily finish. Im not really a fan of any puzzles. It makes me feel so dizzy. If i play this puzzle, i think im just gonna throw that thing away. But that jigsaw puzzle is really cool and extremely difficult.

How long do you expect to live? Cheesy
Looks like it would take you years to complete, even at a few hours a day.

If I had not gotten it done in one month, I would re-sell or bin it.
If you do manage to finish it, frame it up and post a picture of it, good luck though.

just 500 pieces, not really a challenge
I have a puzzle with mountain, water and sky view. 1000 pieces, half of them the same color blue.
To reach the same difficulty, you have to keep those pieces upside down.

I hope when you finally put all pieces together you are gonna glue completed puzzle to a board, frame it and hand it on the wall.
This way you will have one of a kind Jackson Pollock Puzzle Edition Art in your house.
