We of course encourage you to use VPN for stable connection 🙂

I like the smile here, I presume it's a go? hehe, whatever I'm thinking.

I'm happy that you'll consider removing some countries that are on the list, yeah it's a huge list and hopefully my country will be excluded so I could try enjoying the casino without worries. Thanks for the reply!

Hello everyone, thanks for the warm welcome! We are excited to be a part of this forum and we take every feedback from your side into consideration! It is true that our ToS list of restricted countries is large, the reason is - our license and other fiat products (which you can also check: letslucky.com, luckydreams.com, justcasino.com).

After reading your posts we took action and we are already working on removing many of these countries from the JustCasino.io list in order to provide you flawless access. If you encounter any problems, feel free to reach out to us on chat and we will make sure it's solved as soon as possible. Countries which will definitely stay on the list are USA and UK, for now we can't unfortunately accept clients from these regions.

We of course encourage you to use VPN for stable connection 🙂

this i think a good clarification regarding the long list of prohibited countries. because the truth is, that will be one of the major bottlenecks that you will encounter from the forum gamblers not to use the site. on the use of VPN, i can say that the player should also consult first in your chat or technical support that they will be using VPN so they won't get into trouble later on, esp. upon withdrawal of their funds.

a lot of high rollers won't like that $100k winning limit
$100k daily winning limit is somehow reasonable as it is a new casino. But the most annoying part is their daily or weekly withdrawal limit. Those conditions will discourage the decent gamblers to make a deposit here. I hope they will increase the limit in the near future. JustCasino team should keep this at the top of their to-do list to attract the medium bankroll to high roller gamblers.

this limit for now i believe is understandable as they are still a new player in this industry. better be clear with limits rather than learning that they can't afford to disburse such large winnings, right?

I was trying to look for the terms to see if there's no country restriction, or if there is, I'm hoping my country is not restricted. I haven't sign up with the casino yet, so if you have the information about it, kindly share it here please. Or @OP or anyone here, please share some information regarding this.
You can go back to the first page, there is someone who quoted the full list of the restricted countries or you can simply go the terms page.

Thanks, mate! I found what I was looking for, LOL.

My country is blocked, so does this mean using a VPN is okay, considering they are VPN-friendly?
Who among you here uses a VPN to play at the casino? Have you experienced any problems or issues?

Much better not to risk anything since even if their manager said they are VPN friendly but still you are in blocked region there are still a huge chance to encounter an issue especially when winning huge on their casino since provably KYC will be ask and you might get a trouble once they found out that you came from that blocked region and might used this as a reason for you not to allow the withdrawal request of your winnings.

But if you are still interested to proceed maybe much better if you contact their support then ask this scenario if this is really possible so that you will have a clear proof once they agree and you have something to show once there's an issue will be raised up in future.

Ahh, I think I would not dare to go blind on this. The terms and condition do not mention anything about VPN usage. In fact they have straight away written which countries allowed and which are not. In addition to this, they have also clearly mentioned about in which country a specific game provider doesnt allow their games to be played OR some countries where a game provider is allowed but users cant participate in their jackpots. If they have outlined such strict policy then it would be better you check up with their support team. If only they confirm that VPN is allowed from the country where you accessing it, then only proceed with it.

Have you checked the ToS page? Its just 10 minutes read and you must read it. Frankly, I havent seen anything about VPN. So I might just keep it simple and ask things, confirm them from official staff and then make further decisions.

Also, read this….

Thanks for the detailed explanation. Mate, I pretty much aware about the risk, but just for the purpose of testing the site, I would try to use VPN. If my account would be lock and my fund are frozen, then I would understand, at least I know myself I broke the rules, but hopefully they will not call me cheater. lol

You can use the VPN to change location to the country that's actually allowed to gamble on their platform and I think they are saying that it's actually allowed with the term "VPN friendly" because I know alot of casino can actually restrict you of your funds if actually they found out that you used VPN to access their platform.
If that's the case, then as I said in my previous reply: why putting this restriction in first place? It doesn't make sense to me. It's like saying: I know you are cheating me but it's fine, I don't mind it!
VPNs can be used for different reasons like preserving your privacy and not necessarily to bypass geo-restriction.
Anyways, their website their rules. However, I wouldn't do this unless they state it clearly that it's fine and just saying they are "VPN friendly" is not enough for me. just my opinion.
Exactly, there should be official statement from the casino or even better if this "VPN friendly" is written in their terms page. It is just contradicting where they have so many restricted countries/jurisdictions and they have no guarantee of successful withdrawal process for those who come from restricted countries but on the other side it is being said as VPN friendly. Does it mean that VPN friendly here is about to access the site only but not for people to bypass the restriction to play? I tried to ask the live support about it, the support answer "It is your own responsibility to play in you country. We do not recommend it from our side."

By saying "VPN friendly" I suppose they mean it's OK to use a VPN to access their website as long as you don't breach any of their terms. Using a VPN to bypass country restriction is a breach of their terms. If such thing is allowed then why having the country restriction in first place!
If you are from a restricted country then better not to play there till they adjust the list to avoid any problems.

You can always use a VPS on any casino that has your country locked, but the real problem comes when the user has to do the kick process, because when the user sends the personal data for verification and the casino sees that the user is from a banned country, then they will have the right to block your account. So, is not a wise move at all.

Well, first of all...... welcome to the forum and also good luck on your launch of the signature campaign.

I had a look at your site and it looks solid.. only thing missing is a Sports betting option.. but I guess that is in the works. I also had a look at your promotions and scrutinized the "fine print" :

1. " The bonus must be wagered 40 times before any withdrawal can be made.... " Good luck with that guys...  Roll Eyes
2. " 7 days will be given to wager the bonus. "
3. " Free spins are distributed at 20 per day for the following 4 calendar days." - You get a 100.... but it is spread out.

It is small things like this, that are causing conflict .... and then accusations from people that did not read the fine print.  Roll Eyes

Nice catch Kakmakr, thanks for sharing this information with the community, i don't like this kind of promos anymore, i mean, it's not attractive for me as customer, so i will skip this one.

VPN and crypto should be a solution for lower middle class gamblers to be able to play on this platform. My country is on the list of prohibited countries, but registration can be done smoothly using a VPN and my Telegram account.

And for high stakes users, I can't give you the best advice regarding this location restriction issue.

There should be no problems with deposits and withdrawals if I use BTC or LTC to play the game on justcasino.

If you are from a restricted country, you should not register and play there using a VPN. Not only in this casino but also in every casino where your country is restricted. Because at any point casino can request a KYC, and after you submit the documents if they see you are from a restricted country they may not pay you even your deposit for violating their terms. So there is no reason to risk your funds by playing at a casino where you are restricted.

Great, at least people now here some good clarification about using VPN since its like never ending discussion as people speculate or warn other for not using this tool to access this casino.

But if I am in restricted region still I will not doubt not to use this casino since we know how we will end up since it might complicate things on our side. But I think its fine for those people who just want to use it for some valid reasons. Anyways thanks for this words and for sure there's a lot of people learn from what you have post also maybe Justbet team should clarify what adjustment they have been made.

Thanks LM for the clarification because alot of users have packed low in terms of registration because of the limitations to the country that's are supposedly restricted but letting the public know that the  casino is VPN friendly will lift alot of doubt on users trying to use the casino because alot of persons have been skeptical about using the casino but on knowing this I think many will have another approach now.

I almost missed it, I gave up my intention to make an inj deposit for my personal safety, it's very rare for me to find many prohibited countries that are not allowed to play at Justcasino, luckily I read it first, almost lost my funds if I made a deposit, Will there be any changes implemented, I will see the progress

I am also interested to try the platform but due to the restriction implemented by the TOS (my country is one of the restricted area to play on the platform) so I also gave up my idea.  I am wondering why so many country are banned on the platform.  This is the few times I saw my country being restricted to access a casinos service.  I wonder what is their ground of banning these many countries, as far as I know most of the casinos here have also a license from the same regulator and yet they don't have that many restricted country.

The team behind JustCasino.io is fully prepared to launch their casino here they launched their JustCasino.io | Unique Crypto Casino | Signature Campaign Up to $80
We seldom see a casino that launches their casino here in Bitcointalk, with all the requirements completed like a copper account, well well-designed announcement, an active representative, and a signature campaign managed by a reputable campaign manager.
They did the right things I expect JustCasino.io to establish their reputation in a short period if they just focus on addressing all concerns and marketing their platform here.

That is thanks to LM in giving them a good insight on how marketing in this forum works.  It is a wise move for the casino to coordinate with someone in the forum first before publishing their announcement.  This multiplied the effect of their effort in the forum.

they did it very correctly, it seems like they are not new to the bitcointalk forum, because it looks like justcasino is very neat in setting up and advertising their casino here, so far no problems have arisen, it's just that most people have given up their intention to join because there are so many " forbidden country" so it's natural for us to be hesitant about joining
