Contrary to popular belief not all kinds of stocks yield the same kind of risks as compared to others. The former definitely has a higher chance of giving you better gains for your capital kumpara naman sa ibibigay na interest rate ng RTBs.
True that buying stocks of a financially sound company (blue chips) yields lower risk but most likely still not as low as T. bonds. Like I said, it's a more agressive approach.
On inflation, mukhang wala nga kita lalo na kung titignan natin from the perspective of a businessman or an investor looking for higher gains. Kumbaga it's bank vs. T. Bonds ang laban.

You are just referring to millionaires now since yung milyon nilang investment pwede pa din tumubo ng ilang milyon dahil sa laki ng kanilang mga capital. If you want to earn and you aren't rich wala talagang room para maging low risk investor ka dahil sayang lang ang pera at oras mo.
Not really just millionaires. May malaking interest din ang mga average investors (in terms of capital) at mga OFWs sa mga T. Bonds. I've seen it discussed plenty of times in investor based group that I'm in. It didn't come accross to me that they view T. Bonds as a way to become millionaires but an opportunity to grow their money than let it sit in a bank. I can't say for sure kung meron na din sila funds alloted for stocks, mutual funds, and other form of investments.
I also read the comments when DOF first announced it on their page and seen them complain dahil hindi nila ma-download yung mobile app para makabili.
