All the people on the poll has voted for kakushin ico. This is because kakushin has a more promising project idea to deliver to the people. Also the prices are low for now which makes it affordable for the people to invest in it.
I will be in favor of kakushin as it has the possibility to be a promising platform in this market. Moreover the price is also low now and so people can buy it easily. According to voting, this coin is also ahead of others.
I think Kakushin is better than Loci. Kakuchain aims to raise fund for the innovators based on blockchain system. Right now it is a potential ICO project in the market. The Kakushin platform works through ethereum network and Kakushin tokens.
If we compare with Kakushin and Loci then i think Kakushin is better than Loci. Because Kakushin concept is greater than Loci and they have also some uniqueness.

I think the concept of kakushin is simple awesome. This idea have some uniqueness also some rationality which is better than loci.From my view the loci does have enough uniqueness like kakushin but still it is promising.

if I reply ase per the market reviews then most of investors are prefering kakushin because of its better facilities of Crouser , thought this there is a chance to developed a better future for the crypocurrency market but still the choice is up to you which one is going ase per your requirements
From my perception the kakushin ecosystem for blockchaining is much more preferable than Loci ICO.

I Would like to go with kakushin the concept is really wonderful and the idea to make it viable is uniqueness whereas Loci don't have any smart work else hard work although I understood their concept yet and doesn't seem promising ICO in future.
I think Kakushin is way better than Loci.
