Anyone not seeing payouts? My last payout on the pool seems like it was days ago, yet I see transactions that would indicate payouts in my account.
Check you wallet and use a web block chain like blocktrail.com to check your addresses.Payouts are working fine.

Yes, they are queued payments. Not every block will trigger a payout, but you can be sure that amount will be paid out (at the next payout). There's also a 'last payout' in the 'shifts' page represented by a red line, so that you can see what block was the last one payed.

Congrats on the new IT job! That's awesome!
I'm starting to feel pretty good myself but for the opposite reason - next week is my LAST week of work at my IT job that I've been doing for 29 years! Hey, wait a sec...are you the guy who's talking my place? Hahaha

Anyway, I'm in an EXCELLENT mood because as I was returning to my VERY TIRING part-time job after lunch today, I got a call offering me the IT job I have been praying to get!! I start a week from Monday! Halleluiah!!!
I start a week from Monday! Halleluiah!!! That's way cool, man...seriously...kinda had a good day here that way as well...looks like we found a set of smoking gun documents re my VA disability, and I might be able to pick up a fair bunch of A7s...should they, of course, actually exist...

How many need time and speed Th for win block now?
That's what the % number is on the top of every page after 'Shares:' - how much of the network difficulty, average work per block, we've done.
Time isn't much use since the hash rate changes quite a lot.
But the reverse of that, at the moment, it's currently: 11.23PH/s is expected to find, on average, one block a day.
Thus 44.9PH/s is expected to find, on average, 4 blocks a day.
The pool is somewhere in the ballpark of that, but the hash rate is often below that.

And the other cool thing that's putting a smile on my face is I just had 6 kilowatts of solar panels installed on my roof and they're going on-line on Monday! I didn't do that specifically for mining but because it's just a good thing to do (save money, help the planet, etc.) but If my calcs are right I'll save about $600 a year which means I can run my little S3 & S5 for free! They have already ROI'd so they'll be profitable no matter what - chump change, yes, but hey...they'll pay for beer & pizza. (Well ok, maybe just beer)
