Tired of MRR, pointed here the only 2 s3+ i have.
Let's see, looks like a nice pool.

Quote myself, The s3+ are gone, now i'm back with one SP20 and one more on the way.  Cool
A small hash for a pool, but one giant leap for me.

ahh there was a diff increase is that the reason why were not finding as many blocks lately ?
No, just a little lower luck is all.
The diff change was for block 399168 - 399167 was:
[2016-02-19 23:23:53.508] Block hash changed to 0000000000000000074f9edbfc07648dc74392ba8248f0983ffea63431b3bc20
so about 6 hours ago.

The luck for the last blocks is still over 90% and the last 6 is over 100% Smiley

More smaller ones for some reason work better. Don't ask me why.

More smaller rentals over longer periods of time reduce variance compared to larger rentals over short time periods, that's why they appear to work better.

Edit: specially sp 35 and the likes Roll Eyes

There's a Sp35 on market place for 2BTC and Sp30 for 1BTC

That's not bad since the hardware is rock solid unlike the Shitty S7's I keep buying for no paper any reason other than I'm a home/business miner so power cost does effect me.
well i don't know a lot but i tun an sp30 for weeks and it might produce 5 hardware errors and 30 rejects in that time frame compared to a Sxxx with 100k hw"s maybe power cost is not that critical since hw errors consume power

I suspect a lot of this insanely increasing network hashrate are the big companies milking BTC for all the coins they can get before the halving.

Unfortunately, I'm afraid not.

It's not interesting to keep miners operating if the price return (instantaneous) exceeds income. In this case, it is better to turn off its miners and buy BTC on the market. it's cheaper.
The problem is that many big miners have very low costs of electricity and continue to win. They will stop only then they earn nothing.

But you may be right about one thing:
Some of the big miners were rented lot of $ at classics banks to buy many miners, when return is turn down, they continue to work without paying of electricity bills or repay loans...
And when the bailiff will come, they will be move to an very far island with their BTC ...

it only works once. But for those who do it is enough!  Grin

Hope there are many who do that!!!

instead of doing rentals for 24 hours im trying 36 with lower th/s cause i dont see an improvement other then the first rental test i did second one we diddnt hit as many blocks so going to try this method

not looking to get rich quick but more steady payment per rental

Exactly. You have to do smaller rentals, under 200TH. More smaller ones for some reason work better. Don't ask me why.

Good luck!

Hey what happens when people start turning off their S7's in droves as it's almost not profitable anymore unless you're at $0.1/Kwh?
Will diff compensate and lower, will people jump off buildings as they wasted tons of $$ into a shtty company?  Grin

If overall network hashrate decreases and the time to find a block increases - overall difficulty *can* go down.

As for people jumping off of buildings - well I certainly hope not Smiley

LOL. Just thought I'd put a grim spin on it. It's a gamble after all. I've seen longer and longer block times over the past few weeks though, so I think it is already happening. People can't wait to dump their high priced 1300watt heaters at 1/2 price already just to get rid of them.
