You,re obviously padding the block reward out of your own pocket, by renting ghost hashrate and ghost substituting it with some "legit user"'s hashrate.

I'm kidding, but people start saying "something must be wrong with the pool" when we're at 200-300% diff, but i don't see anyone saying "there must be something wrong with the pool" when we're at 600%+ luck. ^_^"

The optimizations help things like block propagation and what not - but he can't do anything to help the actual finding of the block.

It's hard to believe all of this is happening at the current difficulty...103,880,340,815...

That is true, but he certainly does something to help not losing the block when a miner find it. *thumbs up to Kano/CK*
