... and in random luck, that more than accounts for the 239.934% block already, in 3hrs Cheesy
239.934 + 16.669 + 9.323 = 265.926 which is under 300% = 3 blocks Smiley

Wow! Is that even possible?  Smiley
It is when a LOT of folks want to pay enough extra for a tx to go through ASAP. God bless 'em! Cheesy

I see!  Yes God bless them!  Smiley. I saw a notice on Coinbase earlier today saying something about the transactions going really slow at the moment.  That's probably why people pay the max for the transactions to get to their destinations faster.  Smiley

Yowza!

BTW...I get free electricity...but only 30A of it. If one lives in Venezuela (as I hear it from a relative living there), the power is free...but the authorities are not real hot on their citizens using it to mine BTC.

...as I hear it.

 Kiss

30A 240v ?

even on the 120v it is nice (2 S9)

That would pretty epic !

Nope...110V. It's a subsidized housing project, w/extensive voltaic power, so they limit the available amps to the residents for obvious reasons. I'm really the exception on how much juice I consume here. No complaints, though. I appreciate what I have...and datacenters in far-away places with hydro power... Cool  I run a 721 and a 741 here; also have a couple of heavy workstations and network storage, so the microwave, toaster, and hair dryer are on more or less permanent hiatus.

Yep it's called NO central control.

With central control you have people deciding what transactions are allowed and what are not allowed.
People and money are a bad combination in making decisions. Fact.

Bitcoin simply processes valid transactions - valid due to having the 'Key' to make the transaction.
As it should.
