Its a double-edged sword for Kanye and his business. On the one hand, he has to sue and protect his trademarks in order to maintain their protected status in the future. On the other hand, it would probably be a lot better for him to just ignore Coinye and let it die out over the next month or two. He could had embraced it and everyone would have rode it to massively huge success, instead he had to piss in the cheerios. I would not be surprised if we see an officially sanctioned celeb coin come out soon though, like Lion coins or something from snoop. fo shizzle my nizzle.

Well one thing that crosses my mind ( as a miner with a large amount of time and expense I have put into mining coinye ). If Kayne should lose his suit then surely he is liable for the loss that us investors have put into the coin which he will have destroyed with a failed lawsuit.

That sucks for Dogecoin, the founders are going to have to protect themselves legally and that will be expensive, even if they are innocent (which they obviously are).
If Doge is smart, they will counter-claim for all the mental stress and anguish caused by Kanye's shitty music.
