I was going to deposit some coins here to test the site but now after reading this feedback, i think I will stay with sportsbooks that i know wont steal my money.

As somebody already explains here, kawbet is a whitelabelproduct.
it is the same owner as 1xbit. 1xbit decided to start a new platform, since theyr reputation is very very bad and now trying this way to trick new people again.
we have nice screenshot from when I tried to make a deposit recently:
We already saw a few posts from users here who showed that their accounts were closed without any explanation.

Registered and deposited 40 mBTC .
Played almost 2 hours and get limited to 0 ! Made profit of just 14.14 mBTC.
Then tried to withdraw and was told to rollover full deposit before being able to withdraw. But how I can rollover now if I am limited to 0?
Their support is so useless. I am chatting few hours with them but they do not understand nothing.
I am very frustrated, can not get my money...
Be aware until they solve my case...

I am quite surprised nobody really jumped up on the image you posted stating "x1bit" - unfortunately the img comes without url, can you show us it really came up when trying to make a deposit on kawbet? That would be great and actually confirm they belong to the same group.
Edit: OK, never mind - I just tried for myself and yep, showing the same. I guess its time to take some action before more ppl fall into that scam.

Who are you licensed and regulated by?
If a player has a dispute or complaint with you firm which isn't able to be resolved to their satisfaction, who are the regulators or licencors that they can take the matter up with next?

I see that you have responded to a 'positive' question which was posted after mine.
So this is the second time that you have ignored this important question.
Your refusal to answer can show two things.
1) You are a scam site.
2) You don't know the answer to this simple question.
Either way I wouldn't (and wouldn't recommend anyone to) risk allowing you to hold players funds.
If you are a scam site, then of course you would abuse your position of holding customer funds.
If you don't have the answer to this simple question, then it shows the incompetence of your firm.
Also, judging from how you are ignoring and brushing off mine and other peoples questions and concerns only indicated how you will act when you don't want to pay a player out.

I tried to click for more information on the website but it brings me to a new website and asks me to register. I would first like to learn all the terms and details before signing up for a new service with my email;) Could you help provide some clarification? Is it 20% of what they deposit? Or what they lose?

They automatically flag players who win too much and block them access from the site . You ask about the money inside the account? You can say goodbye to it as customer service does not reply

No it's not like that. kawbet blocks accounts if a player wins too much money. A well-known trick of 1xbit is that there will be a message that you cannot request a payout. The message "Account is checked by security department" appears.
They just leave your money, so you can continue to gamble until it runs out. And if you don't gamble, the department deliberately does nothing so that you can never pay again.
In the best case for the user, you will receive your deposit back, the rest would have been won unlawfully.
