Hi!

Was Dash removed altogether from the pool? It appears grayed out right now.

Thanks for the clarification

No it hasn't. I stopped mining it though cause the diff is ridicules now and have just been wasting hash on it to try and get blocks. Earnings have been lower because of that so I'll fill the wallet as often as I can until we get like... i dunno... 500gh+ hashrate.  But earnings are already going up since taking it off which I feel is the important part.

Cheers

So that means we can keep using C=DASH and we should still get payouts?

This is probably not the right channel, but I'll ask anyway.

I tried to mine in sha256.mine.zpool.ca pool using hash power from NiceHash. Unfortunately, I am getting very high negative delta (~10-15%). I let it run for 12 hours hoping maybe it would normalize, but it didn't, and the 10-15% negative delta is consistent all throughout.

Has anyone encountered this before and is there a tweak to solve this? Or is NiceHash just not supported? Tried experimenting on difficulty but numbers are the same, at least for diff between 65535 (NH minimum) - 131070.

I'm interested in the pool and I think the features are great, so hopefully there is an obvious detail here that I'm missing. Smiley

on the weekend, after the extended downtime, I made some more performance tuning changes and seems to have improved the stability of stratum connections, for me anyway...

anyone else see the same improvements?

Looking for a stratum dev that is capable of finishing segwit code which is already started:

My AR-15 ID's itself as a toaster. Want breakfast?
I tried two set of launch string in the hope that one will work. First is without -o and second with -o... but did not work. Side not, I am able to connect with other pool with using first launch string format.

First launch string format:
 EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool us1.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal 0xa641906BCB495B923e1b8e9bf83462376217a845.gtx1060a_it -epsw x
-dpool stratum+tcp://decred.mine.zpool.ca:5744 -u 1NMgfyMJjutGnnLRHEGjcEXxCFYUgKtm7j -p c=BTC,decred

Second launch string format:
 EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool us1.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal 0xa641906BCB495B923e1b8e9bf83462376217a845.gtx1060a_it -epsw x
-dpool -o stratum+tcp://decred.mine.zpool.ca:5744 -u 1NMgfyMJjutGnnLRHEGjcEXxCFYUgKtm7j -p c=BTC,decred

please follow my instructions in my previous reply so I can help you further....  I will know nothing more without the config readout from your miner app.

The latest master has zpool in it.  I've been using it for months.  An official release hasn't been made with it yet but the code is there for people to download and use.

The original miner from aaronsace already mines with zpool.  Nemosminer basically copied it and removed support for AMD miners, changed some file names and put his own BTC address in for donations.

Looks like you have done the same thing.

As usual the original is here:  https://github.com/aaronsace/MultiPoolMiner/releases

and is actively developed by multiple people; but aaronsace did the majority of the work.

I have developed a fork of nemosminer/aaronsace, it can mine on zpool, try on

https://github.com/tutulino/Megaminer

I don't see anywhere it says mining at zpool with arronsace?

ah ok why I'm not seeing it..... glad you are using it... I also use an updated conf file for MinerControl....I would like to combine the two soon!

Hi Admin,

Is that possible pending the payout till 3/8 Singapore time?
Cause the wallet I using Coinhako, still pending on receive btc...

sorry, I'm not holding the BTC payouts any longer. The BTC network is working normally and nothing catastrophic occurred yesterday to justify holding any longer. If they are a decent company, you'll see your BTC when they re-enable their wallets.

Cheers

Anyone, how to dual mine DECRED using Zpool in Claymore? Im getting zero ( 0 ) pool specified for DCR. Command line:

 EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool us1.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal 0xa641906BCB495B923e1b8e9bf83462376217a845.gtx1060a_it -epsw x
-dpool -o stratum+tcp://dcr.mine.zpool.ca:5744 -u 1NMgfyMJjutGnnLRHEGjcEXxCFYUgKtm7j -p c=BTC

Thanks.
decred.mine.zpool.ca

c=BTC,decred

Tried the command line update without luck. Anything missing?

 EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool us1.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal 0xa641906BCB495B923e1b8e9bf83462376217a845.gtx1060a_it -epsw x

-dpool -o stratum+tcp://decred.mine.zpool.ca:5744 -u 1NMgfyMJjutGnnLRHEGjcEXxCFYUgKtm7j -p c=BTC,decred

DCR = 0 pool specified

double check the EthDcrMiner64.exe --help

I dont think there should be a -o, as I believe (from memory) -dpool takes place of the typical -o.

See what format they suggest, or possibly paste the --help readout to this thread using the
Code:
code pasting
command, and I'll take a look myself to see if you are formatting the launch string wrong.

Sorry for my rather simplistic reply earlier;  I was replying from my cellphone.

Oooh ok gotcha, all wallets of minable coins you have. I guess it's more economical to pick one currency that's widely traded as alternative to btc. ZEC may be a good choice.

Edit: ZEC isn't on zpool either, dammit
I very highly suggest taking your payment in BTC.  Read up on why other coins could be delayed in payment.  Lots of info in the previous pages of this thread, as well as a short answer on the zpool.ca main webpage.

Since things look like they settling in, I'll resume BTC payouts on next payout. 20:34 EDT. I've just funded the wallet with 6 BTC of my own funds since exchanges still have not opened up withdraws yet, but I don't see any real reason for concern now. The pool's wallet maintained sync with the BTC network and HashTap deposits are also being processed now.

You just need to make sure whatever coin you choose for payout is a high profit coin that actually gets mined often and is finding blocks often enough.  Lately I've been getting paid mostly in altcoins like DGB, AUR, DCR, etc as I'm diversifying my portfolio a bit.

Just be careful and monitor the coins to make sure they are getting mined and finding blocks.

I hear you.
I was concerned btc might take a hit in credibility and confidence following the fork.

Awesome! take it as far as you can go! It wasn't hard to add Hash to pools and wasnt difficult to combine all the work arronsace(the original) and Nemo  Smiley

That one little 1% of work I did made this miner amazing! and multipool!

But I'm not finished yet... I'm just getting started!

Good Luck Tutulfo!
