Easy you buy waves (easiest is Bitrex or Tidex), you download the lite wallet (a chrome extension), you send the waves to the address, and you have access to dEX through the wallet. Not the most user friendly exchange and a bit slow I you are used to centralised exchange, but a reasonable volume and the only way to access some tokens.
