In any case they gived me a bonus of 7% for the next purchase, so the waiting rewarded me.

We would like to invest more time, since we have fun doing it, but currently our profit is so low that we can't quit our current jobs or hire someone to answer the support requests, thus the delays. We will investigate why our site didn't confirm the order and fix the issue asap.

we're sorry for your bad experience with Key4coin! According to our E-Mails the order was sent 7 minutes after your payment on coinpayments.net, it could be possible that the E-Mail was filtered and went straight into the spam folder, if you can't find an E-Mail from us please check your "My Account" area, you should be able to find your order and Key there.
For future Bitcoin orders we would recommend using the coinbase checkout for bitcoin orders since coinbase confirms payments instantly(A lot more convenient
