One captcha and one antibot had to be solved, nothing difficult, an easy job.

AS I paid in 24 hours about 24000 satoshi to people
but I get very low from ads
I will try to search for funding resources to make my site pay more
I would suggest you put 1-2 only a-ads banner, and with your faucet now, i think no network can cover your payout. You can redesign your faucet and joint good network or wait for the alexa rank. Faucet is very simple clean and easy to use. But there are any protection from bots, so they can easy steal faucet funds. And I would like if add bigger maximal reward, for example 1000 satoshi.

Faucet is easy and clean with recaptcha, and rewards are decent for 15 min timer. You should add more protection against bots.

Difficult visibility captcha will not defend against bots. It can only refuse users.
