I know I'm stating the obvious here but aren't they buying fake IDs and been doing so before Bitcoin? Bitcoin as any other currency or commodity can be misused but that doesn't change the fact that it has nothing to with it, but with the peoples that using it attention

Not saying that if your kid did it secretly but you are very strict or watch what your kid does, for that I commend you. It's just TOO MANY PEOPLE BLAME BITCOIN.

It doesn't always come down to bad parenting. Teenage kids are usually just rebellious and do this kind of stuff. How many people here used fake ID or drunk underage?

And of course buying fake ID with Bitcoin is no different than buying it was cash, and is probably easier and far nore prevelant to do so with it.

LOL most kids can use photoshop like a pro and make IDs...and before btc they'd use cash to get them. I don't see the headline as anything more than typical bs fear mongering trying to spook people away from bitcoin.
