Lauda is almost certainly the same as ThePharmacist...

Is there proof of this?
I would like to see Lauda and The Pharmacist (presumably) deny the connection before I comment on this.
I hereby categorically deny that I am Lauda.

Boy, that would be a serious Fight Club/Tyler Durden situation if I was.

If any of you schmucks can present a good argument that I'm an alt of Lauda, I'd love to see it.  I will grab the popcorn and sit back in my Lazy-Boy and watch.  Be my guest, QS/Thule/Panthers55/etc.
Who is this Panthers55 you speak of? I can’t speak for QS, however I can certify that I am in no way related to “Panthers55”.

There are little hints scattered around that implies you are Lauda.

Kind regards

Edi: You know goddamn well what I meant, you southern turd-hick!  LOL

As far as the racism goes, I find it amusing that people get offended and then suddenly want everything censored.  You know as well as I do that some of the worst shitposters are from the Philippines and Indonesia--and all over Asia.  I don't dislike people because of their race, but there are certain countries that are responsible for all the BS posting here, and I'm going to call it like I see it.

I have noticed that Pharmacist has been vocally racist for some races(especially filipinos) which encourages others to be racist and creates a bad environment in the forum.

I would advise finding specific examples of this and contact blazed about this, publicity if necessary. Blazed is the reason why ThePharnacist is in the default trust network.

Luada was quick to jump to tagging me when Pharmacist did. Noted the same in many other cases where users were not breaking rules and Pharmacists negative trusts were followed by Lauda giving the users the same also. I also suspect that it is either the same handler for both the accounts or they are teaming up to gag others. These guys have grown power hungry.
I have noticed that Pharmacist has been vocally racist for some races(especially filipinos) which encourages others to be racist and creates a bad environment in the forum. Its its funny how they tell others to get a job when the fact is that they are almost online here most of the day and I seriously doubt that if they themselves have a real job.
Also Lauda was suspected to be doing some fraud and hence removed from being a staff member, why still have him around at a position where he can inflict damage to legit accounts?

The Pharmacist really abusing the negative trust. The trust rating should only be used for members that are suspected in fraud. My opinion is that such actions should be forbidden. We see an attempt of seizure of power on the forum.

If you received an negative feedback from him, you should also give him an negative feedback in return.[/b]

I think the Pharmacist should be banned for leafing so many negative feedbacks!

Do you realize how stupid you sound?

You tell everyone else to do the same thing he is doing, then you ask for him to be banned....

Lauda is almost certainly the same as ThePharmacist...

Is there proof of this?

I received a negative feedback from the Pharmacist:

"This user writes generic, 3rd world shitposts. This pollutes bitcointalk to his benefit exclusively. Should NEVER be paid to post."

But that is not true, just look up my post!

The most of my post are in the German sub forum, and I doubt that he can read German.

I have never been participated on any bounty or signature campaign!

I gave him a negativ feedback too, because I looked up the other Feedback that he left, and it turned out that he's giving al lot of other people a negativ feedback - that's an abuse of the feedback system for his own benefits.

If you received an negative feedback from him, you should also give him an negative feedback in return.

He won't be banned, the trust system is un-moderated.The only recourse for leaving poor feedback is being excluded from other people's trust lists. Personally, I think it's a bit far to give a negative rating to someone who isn't even enrolled or trying to enroll in a signature campaign. A neutral rating seems far more appropriate, at least in your case.

Stop that BS asslicking will ya?
I agree with this, and it drives me nuts.  I have about 100 PMs with "sir, plz..." and then some bullcrap begging about a trust rating I left last year.  The worst one is this:
Hey what are you doing?
I work for my son and wife, why do you disturb my work sir ..
please delete it
I am very difficult to find a job because I only graduate elementary school
Followed by:
You pretend you did not hear it now
may Allah punish you for what you have done to me
innallaha maasobirin
And frankly, I don't care about people polluting bitcointalk to support the fucking family that they obviously can't support and shouldn't have had.  That sounds like your problem, not my problem.  By the way, what were you doing before 10/2017 when the account was created?  How were you feeding your family then?  The point is, I don't believe any of these sob stories.  People like this one are ruining the forum that they're using to earn money--and it's a "job" which they're not qualified to do.

And then this:
You act like fucking cunt with mentaly issues.
This one made me smile.

Let this be a notice to people I've tagged:  Don't beg me, don't try to buy a feedback removal, and save the stories for another sucker.  I'm not buying any of it.

Just to make it clear to others, none of those quotes are taken from the PM that I had sent to Pharmacist. I have a good enough job and am actually quiet well of tbh. Crypto and engaging with like minded people here is just something that I do out of my own choice rather than some necessity. The PM I sent you was just putting in my case explaining to you why I think that marking my account negative was too harsh and hoped that maybe after I have put in my view point, you would reconsider my case. Nowhere have I begged, insulted or abused you, Lauda or any of the other people.

That bugs me too about all the PMs I receive.  They don't care they broke the rules, they don't care they disrupt the forum, they just want to join a signature campaign.

It's like going to a job interview and answering every question with "I need the money."

Remember I asked IF IT WAS LEGIT OR NOT.
No, no no. Wait. Look at the following statements and tell me if you would trust anyone who would write these phrases:

"Is having sex with a minor legal? I want to have sex with a minor."
"Is kill someone legal? I want to kill someone."
"Is committing tax fraud legal? I want to just not pay taxes."
"Is taking a chocolate bar from the convenience store down the street legal? I want to steal a chocolate bar."

The first part is irrelevant. We're focused on the latter portion of the quotes, where willful intent is shown. ☐
The examples that you have given in here are not fit to this situation. A more relevant example would be:
If someone relocates from Germany to UK and asks the driving instructor that if there are any speed limits on the freeway or not. Because more than half of the total length of the German autobahn network has no speed limit. It feels obvious that there should be a speed limit, but when you see people doing over speeding you ask this out of natural curiously.
Once I was told that buying is something that is not encouraged, I did not further pursue the matter. It was just a innocent query. Nothing more else than that and my case has definitely been blown out of proportion.

Pharmacist, it is most commendable that members like you, Lauda and others are putting your time and effort to make this space secure and clean for others to use, else this would turn into a mad house for sure.
Stop that BS asslicking will ya? Its pretty naive and it gives you away - honestly. I never saw you kissing The Pharmacist's ass before this negative trust shitstorm appeared - prove me wrong?

You have mentioned that you will not revoke the negative trust as it does not makes sense because in that case there was no point in leaving it at the first place. However, in my humble opinion should this not vary from case to case? I don't know what kind of scams people are running over here that you guys are so bent on not changing your once made decision even after reviewing that what I asked was done in all innocence when I was NEW here and even to blockchain/crypto as overall. If you read another post made nearly about same time it is about asking people how and where to learn TA from. Do you think a scammer would not know about such a thing and ask such a dumb question? I sincerely hope that my overall behavior should be taken into consideration and I should not be given neg trust just because of 1 post that I made when I was new, also please note that I did not indulge in any such talks with any other members here after that particular post that got me negative rating. Looking forward to your and Lauda's kind consideration into the matter.

In cases where the person can prove beyond doubt that they are innocent - trust ratings MAYBE changed - depends on the discretion of the person giving you the trust rating - nobody can help that other than asking them politely about it.

For your case though like I have previously said account are sold to shady purposes and have nothing good to offer and I am sure you also had some shady purpose (wanted to abuse sig campaign? say no I dont care).

Bottom Line : we know you will be back with an alt account and start pooping in the forum like this again - characteristic of the shitposters. Get a life and a Job to earn and leave this forum.
I am not sure what makes you think that I do not have a real life job? As far as your ass kissing comment, it just tells about your own mentality, I was raised to be polite and respectful to others and even if the negative trust is not revoked I will remain the same to everyone else, here or in person. If you think me being respectful while taking to a senior member here is ass kissing, then I seriously feel sorry for you. Also you are right about that I have not earlier engaged in talks with The Pharmacist or even Lauda, that is because I was never before accused by them or anyone else earlier of being a fraud. I have to protect my reputation, especially since I am right.

Vod, you make a valid point about making up with a under age child. However, please bear in mind that I was NEW and did not even understand at that time that how blockchain worked, keep apart how this forum functioned.
Let me stop you right there. First off, ignorantia juris non excusat. Doesn't matter if you didn't know how the forum worked. If you break rules, then you are punished for it. Likewise, in real life, if you commit tax fraud not knowing it was illegal, you're not going to be acquitted purely because you were ignorant of the law.
Now that the key point is out of the way, there's another critical element in your underlying guilt:

For what reason did you want to buy an account?
I can almost guarantee it was not for a benevolent reason. Feel free to contradict this hypothesis.
Exactly, if one commits tax fraud even not knowing that it is illegal one should be definitely punished, but the thing is that I never did any fraud. Its like I just went to the tax attorney and asked them about what was going on. As far as the reason why I asked about it was that I went to the digital goods section in this forum and saw a lot of posts where people were selling or buying accounts. Out of natural curiosity I wanted to know if this was something legit and allowed or not here. Remember I asked IF IT WAS LEGIT OR NOT.

Sorry, but the feedback stays.  I will try to be fair with the negatives, especially if someone has gained positive trust over an extended period of time...but I don't plan on removing much feedback that I've left.  If I did that, there would be no point in leaving it in the first place.

Don't PM me about this--you can do it if you like, but set your expectations of a reply as low as the settings will allow so that you're not disappointed.

This forum has gone so far overboard with scamming, account dealing, farming, and garbage posting.  I'm trying to do my part in improving it, but it's not going to be a soft-and-fluffy pillow session for people who are engaged in the aforementioned activities.  And you all know who you are.

Here is a tip that could prevent others from getting into trouble when asking questions that are answere fairly frequently.

Run a site specific Google search - for example - site:bitcointalk.org "account sales"

This throws up all the historic information.

The body of the message clearly stated that I was inquiring if it was legit or against forum rules. After finding out it was not okay, I did not pursue it anymore.

I'll assume this is true.

It does not change anything.  If you even questioned buying an account, that could make someone distrust that you actually might.

It's like a person asking if having sex with a 13 year old is OK.  Once they find out it is illegal they may not pursue it, but people are still going to look at the person as untrustworthy around their children.  :/

It should not stop you from doing any business in the forum non related to account sales.

but if members are going to get neg trust tagged just for asking questions, this is too harsh I think.
You didn't JUST ask a question. You intended to buy an account.

I want to buy a Sr. Member or Hero Member account.
I don't see any benevolent reason that you could have for buying an account. If you would like to refute my claim then you may feel free to do so, but be aware that I already have many preconceived notions about people who are involved in account sales (or conspiracy to enact in account sales).

I know that the mods here including Lauda and The Pharmacist are doing a commendable job trying to keep this place clean and secure
They're not mods.

Perhaps you should learn about the forum first. Maybe that would have saved you from being tagged. Wink
if you take out a minute an read my query, I had clearly asked if it was legit or not, as I did not want to go against the forum rules. The subject was "I want to buy...." as one can not put all the content in there. The body of the message clearly stated that I was inquiring if it was legit or against forum rules. After finding out it was not okay, I did not pursue it anymore. So it ends there only.

Read their comment on your trust page carefully, they meant your action could encourage spam, scam, account farming or untrustworthy behavior. It's a bit too much, but i agree with their decision to prevent spam/scam in this forum.
Also, most people won't mind your negative trust if you only got it because ask about bought account and even me don't believe trust feedback unless it has valid reason.
Thank You! At last someone who actually makes some sense to all this and did not come all guns blazing at me. It is just frustrating to get neg trust tagged when you did not intend to do anything wrong. I am on the same page with you guys that scammers and spammers of all sorts should be punished, but if members are going to get neg trust tagged just for asking questions, this is too harsh I think. I know that the mods here including Lauda and The Pharmacist are doing a commendable job trying to keep this place clean and secure, but sometimes in the short span of time they can also make hasty decisions. I believe this is one of those scenarios. I just hope that there is some way that I can convince them to remove the neg trust from my profile.

Even if it was way back in September a person doing account sales will never stop it unless they are punished for it. This lack of discipline in the people is what makes them think of doing such illegal stuff whatsoever be the reason for it.

Account sales are going on in this forum and elsewhere but it only leads to scammers and shitposters farming them for joining signature campaigns. Do I need to explain more? Your trust rating will remain and I will add my rating to it since its you popped up at the wrong time when I am looking through the "meta" board.

I know you will be back with a new account. Dont worry we will hunt you down.
Is that just not abuse of power? I mean there is no proof that I have been indulged in any kind of scamming or account sales for Christ's sake! And since you highlighted,"a person doing account sales in september", I would like to point out here that I only asked about it, never did anything. From your reply it looks like that you guys just teaming up against members here who ask questions so as to discourage others to do so. I am truly disappointed.
I will surely wait for your response here.

Hi Guys, I am writing here since I have written to you both individually but did not hear back. You both have given me negative trust because you suspect me being a scammer only because I asked here at bitcointalk that if buying account was legit or not? Since when does asking about something makes us scammers? This was a genuine inquiry from me when I was new here. Once I was told by fellow members that it is not such a good idea, I did not pursue this topic again. Please check my posts, none of them are one liners and are as good as if not better than what most other members make. I feel frustrated and helpless because I am not at any mistake here or did not have any bad intentions when I asked that question, which was btw way back in September! I am hopeful that this can be resolved.
