here's some evidence.

He owes me 2BTC.

That's as hard as you can get.

That statement's meaningless without a little context.
Context in what regard?

You can see my trust rating. I think you can have some warmth in what I say.

He needed a loan of 2BTC whilst waiting on a coinbase transaction. I sent him 2BTC - he hasn't sent it back.

Did you get you coins back BB?

Ok, how about some actual proof?  I'm not on any side - but show us the coinbase transaction you sent to him, the 2 BTC, prove that address was his.  If he cannot prove that he paid back, then you're right.  But don't say this just as text, get us some visuals.

I don't see anything suspicious, what are you trying to say? He escrowed a $125 trade where a guy with 5 negative reps gives him an Amazon code, and it doesn't work? Yeah that seems really sketchy man.

No worries buddy, in all future sales threads I create I will link this thread there to prevent anyone from not reading the "evidence" first. Let others decide.

Your entire evidence is based upon the fact that a 1.3 BTC escrow went bad, and thus I had to make a decision. You claimed I tried conning this transaction however looking at my feedback and the mtgox prices at the times of those escrows, you can clearly see I have had multiple opportunities where i could of ran with $500+ worth of BTC, but did not. Like I said you have 0 evidence.

I accept escrow at any time...but okay. Personally for anything over $500 I'd prefer escrow but generally do not want to pay the fees I will admit.

Like I said before, 0 evidence. In that thread you will see that I skyped with the user and did screenshare. I did not believe the photos of the person with the amazon code so I asked to skype with them to REPEAT the conversation with the chat agent on Amazon. When they asked the new agent they said the code was redeemed by [email protected]. I truly thought at this point the willingness and cooperation of the person who sent the code was being honest here. Meanwhile the person who sent the BTC wanted me to refund them within 5 mins of it, trying to rush me thru the escrow. This is why I at first sided with the code seller after he cooperated and I skyped with using screenshare. HOWEVER, it became evident that either user could have created the amazon account under the email [email protected] so there was no evidence for either party. Thus, I had no choice but to release the escrowed amount to the person with the higher trust rating/history. I will not be escrowing on here EVER again after this one. This was an escrow for a WHOPPPING 1.3 BTC, like cmon now people.

I have escrows for more then 5 BTC done without ever any trouble totaling well over 20 BTC, all my comments on my username on seals can be seen at sealsdeals.info, the site's WOT. go to Web of Trust and look up "kingofsports". Currently a trust rating of 3967 with over 30+ comments of my buying selling and escrowing on the site are there. I've been sent first as much as 7 or 8 coins, i forget the amount and always have paid as agreed.

Let me post some of the exact comments just to further prove my case here (on seals 1000 chips = 1 BTC):
