Oh absolutely yes. I can't justify $225 for a 300MH/s USB miner. $40-50? Sure! I'll mine for a bit, and then give them to friends and families to get them interested in mining or something.
(I really think if you want many of these you would be better looking at the K16 board. I'm pretty sure that they can be filled with less than 16 chips, but cannot say for sure until Avalon docs come out.)
