No timelines at the moment. Basically the approach is to step in, council bb, kick ass and hopefully get these investors paid PLUS profits.
The spreadsheet is clear as to whom should be repaid confirmed or not. So, is the whole payment chart gonna be taken care of or is this going to be paid out to those that have had contact w/ Klye in the past ensuring that the sum is being paid?

The spreadsheet is clear where people want their BTC payments. Payments will be made as agreed to those addresses... if someone doesn't have control of their address.. Contact me I guess but you might be fucked. Trying to keep this as simple as possible.

He just got about 0.05 BTC from Luckyb.it which he could send to BayAreaCoins now.
He needs some money to live on too... .05btc isn't that many cheese burgers now days.

I don't think it is fair to make them wait for lump sums at this point in the defaut.

I have been dragging my feet on repayments and I apologize to all those with vested interest, I'm not making a whole hell of alot of income at the moment. Any income I have been making has been used to keep me alive. But I'm slowly squirreling away what I can.
Due to my inability to control gambling impulses I have trusted escrow on the forums BayAreaCoins to hold funds for the repayment of KLYEMAX.
Funds will be held in addresses possesed by BAC until he decides to distribute them. At which point all investors with confirmed dividend addresses will be paid. PLEASE, if you have invested in KLYEMAX and no longer possess access to your dividend address or haven't taken the time to confirm you still own the address on the list above.
