It looks like Bitmain is the only company left that's not defrauding its customers.

Ha, that's the old question. Should you rather hope for the best or try to pursue all possible legal actions in order to receive some money, but may force the company into bankruptcy by doing that!

You can always try this option but I can bet they'd ignore you.


It's sad how they failed to send you a miner and are offering another one for your trouble. Imagine going to a store, paying for a tv and being informed that you you can have neither the product nor the money, but as a compensation somewhere in the future they'll send you a new model that hasn't been made yet Cheesy

Since shipment has commenced we are no longer accepting refund requests.
You can either chose to hash at 3TH/s until your Neptune ships, or wait for your Neptune order and receive a bonus Neptune or Titan.

I'm not interested in KnC offerings, whether KnC afraid or not.
As far as I know, big money corrupt people; according to KnCMiner's CMO, Nanok Bie.., KnCMiner makes less than $3.6 million USD a month from mining.
Lots of KnC customers are complaining: Items are not recieved; Items are used/second hand; Items are faulty/burning and so on.
I'm not interested to pay thousands of $$$s for KnC DIY product.
I will accept refund only, in money and/or in BTC.
Please, make a full Refund.

I have been requesting a refund since my super jupiters came in because they are not performing, and I have them all setup just fine. I have them running at 1.6TH right now, and have never gotten to even 2TH, let alone 3TH. I've requested a refund or to be put back in queue for my Neptunes that were originally ordered from batch 2.

After my 8th RMA today, Keith replied threatening me saying that KNC will no longer offer me any RMA's. So if my hardware breaks, i'm stuck with it according to Keith at KNC.

I'm pretty sure that is not legal either. Nor is withholding my refund request simply because they shipped my used hardware I paid $10,200 USD for.

I'm in talks with my bank about getting a refund, and they are doing research to begin the process of allowing me to use their team of lawyers against KNC.

I offered my bank 20% of the refund money as compensation for their lawyer fees. I will keep you all up to date. I've also informed them that there are SEVERAL other people that also want refunds and have been refused so far. Once I hear back, I will let you all know if there is any good news.

Wow I feel bad for you I would have warned you all about these companies but then people would have said where is the proof?  Now you guys bring the proof.  I know BFL, KNC, Blackarrow are all con-men.  I hope you can catch these guys but im sure they preorganized this and if you got scammed for only this much and you don't have a legitimate address then they can get away with it

I am off on holiday for a couple of weeks Slice, when I am back I will see if I have been refunded if not and you have already started legal proceedings I will join with you all.

I don't think that the Mod's should not have moved this thread down here but in the Hardware of Group Buy sections perhaps they didn't want to mar the shop window showing all and sundry that there are as many problems as vendors.

I have an idea but fair warning it's drastic. They're in Sweden right? I suggest we boycott Swedish Meatballs. That will teach them to not screw with us EVER again.
