sometimes you do pay a little extra for a known reliable product, but 400% more? man, maybe 50-75% more. in-hand neptunes are going for ~$5k or 8btc on ebay right now.
Sometimes you pay a little more for a product that's working properly and you do not have to wait for preorders...etc If the price is too high, you can make a counter offer.

I can vouch that Charles is a man of his word and is a stand up guy to do business with. I have never met him in person, however he and I have placed lots of BTC wagers and he has always paid.
charles why didn't you refund this unit as well? Would have given more than 20BTC right?
