Thanks for the good wishes.  I agree that escrow is dead in these forums for the most part.  I am just throwing it out there because there are times when someone wants to close the deal and there is not always an escrow available.  I seem to be on when most of the others are not, so just something to add to my time on here learning more about coding and bitcoin programming. I do have to say I do not understand the whole trust process.  I have closed about 50+ loans in which were successful; however, I always made it a point not to ask for feedback because I do not want it look like I am trying to build trust.  I would like it, but I am not concerned much with it.  Anyways, thanks for the support.

Escrow is dead on these forums. After the Master-P scandal, the guy who was on the top 5 of the escrow list, you can only follow your guts to see who looks trustable enough, not look into trust. (Which by chance you don't seem to have either).

Sorry for the one lines, I was writing the post and I accidentally pushed post instead of preview.  I did try to do escrow before I knew much on how things worked on here.  I am currently running a loan service where I am holding up to 20 to 40 accounts at a time.  No issues returning them, for I do not want them!!  I rather have my loan payment back, lol!  Check my record.  I will be an asset to the community in this manner.  Sorry again for the premature post!!

Just one line? I'm afraid that people will leave you negative trust! Escrow Services Provided:
1. I will provide escrow for any collateral you are looking to have held.
2. If you are looking to have physical collateral held, you will need to ship it here, to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

Gifts for Services:
1. For general Escrow collateral holds, I require a gift of .0005 per transaction; to be paid before the collateral is released.
2. For physical good collateral, my escrow service fee is the same, however the two parties will be responsible to determine which party is responsible to pay any and all shipping and insurance fees.

RULES:
1. I will not escrow any account which can be recovered by any party.
2. Signed messages will be required by both parties.
3. I will not refund a Bitcoin address that is not the sending address without a signed message from the sending address.
4. I am not a bank.  Escrows are for a period of 30 days and an additional .001 gift will be required for each 30 day period0thereafter.

HOW TO START THE TRANSACTION WITH ESCROW: (I have adopted monbux's process since it is the best way)
1. PM me OR post here (best if you do both) with a short explanation of your trade (what you're trading, who you're trading with).
2. I will start a group PM with all members participating in the trade and ask for confirmation from all parties of the trade details.  If you have any terms to mention, do it now before the escrow (me) signs the message.
3. Follow the instructions on the PGP signed message I provide.  What happens now obviously differs trade from trade as for they are different.
4. Most likely, a safe transaction would happen and both parties will receive what was initially agreed on. 
5. If a dispute were to arise, the transaction process would be halted and I will act as the mediator (and judge) and I make the final decisions as to the outcome of the dispute, which will be discussed publicly with a minimum of two other escrow service members to make the proper determination.  I will remain neutral throughout the dispute.
