Any way if you look at eth address you will get a lot of transaction between ~~them~~ his accounts.

Spreadsheet is not a prof since they can use fake data, I can create 50 fake accounts with anyone social media links and others eth address to accuse anyone of cheating.
Only transactions between addresses and the proof on forum can be a solid proof of abusing, but not a 100% proof.
