P.S.: I dunno; but I guess the scarf brought out the racist in you.
This thread isn't about my views on dress codes or styles in Asia.  The picture I posted is just more evidence that the shitposting pandemic we're in the midst of has its origins in that region of the world.  I assume it's the Philippines, Indonesia, or one of the neighboring countries.

It also wasn't my intention to compare the recruitment of shitposters to something as serious as suicide bombing.  Those two things aren't even close, but it was the first thing that came to my mind and I wrote it.  Faulty filter, what can I tell you.

What's up with all those bitcoin t-shirted people?  It's nice to see so much support, but I'm too much of a cynic to think they're doing anything worthwhile.

I received a PM today with a typical excuse:

Hello sir,
I'm representing my friends to appeal about our accounts that you give negative trust due to this post.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/20-senior-members-are-waiting-dt-for-red-trust-abusing-bounties-100smalleracc-4650049
I wish to inform you that those accounts not belong to a single person, we are making a community to perform bounty campaign.
Does working on bounty campaign with our own individual account against the rules?
About the those wallet that are connected to each other, we used it to safe the fee of transaction.
Some of our team today (the other member are working at home, at the moment):
http://i66.tinypic.com/2ypjehh.jpg
here is our website : http://kidoelkempoel.com/index.html
Please kindly reconsider, and please remove the negative trust on our account.
Thank you.
I hear the explanation of what I bolded above a lot.  Transaction fees are pretty damn low, so there's really no reason why funds should be pooled--and given that blockchain transactions are the only good way to prove accounts are connected, people shouldn't be doing this.

I'm hardly swayed by this picture, either.  It shows a bunch of shitposters sitting around a shitposting table in a shitposting farm.  They deserve negative trust just for that.  Give me a fucking break.  Guaranteed the women here don't care about bitcoin in the least.  They got recruited to spam like suicide bombers get recruited by ISIS.

Jesus Christ. I've been saying it's not going to be long before the only people posting here are shitposting families and their half a dozen alt accounts, but I can't believe that they actually took a picture of their operation. I never thought I'd see this. I think you're wrong about their excuses though. What I think likely actually happens in the vast majority of cases is that there will be one 'ring-leader,' 'boss' or family member etc that is the main person behind recruiting people to the group. He will tell his friends, family, co-workers, schoolmates that they can earn good money just by posting on a forum. These newbies obviously don't know how to work a bitcoin wallet nor care to learn so the ringleader of the spammer group will be in charge of all the wallets for the accounts. He obviously then has a lot of different addresses with money in so he will send them all to one address and then to the exchange or something like that. He will take his cut minus fees then pay them in their local cash. The sad thing is that picture will likely just be a small operation here. I'm sure there are farms or sweatshops with double/treble the amount in that picture. I don't think it's crazy to imagine that there will be entire offices set up like this in the near future if they haven't already. I mean, one guy even claimed that his entire office's accounts were banned (though that was like just a one man job and the bullshit excuse he came out with). As long as you can continue to get paid here for doing nothing but churning out a sentence or two then this is only going to get worse. Shit can't continue.

Damn, I was very surprised to see the community garbage in this forum, they should have been banned because they had damaged and did something that was not good and not right. I think everyone also agrees if they have to do banned actions for this people, and I think red trust is not the right way, but BANNED from this forum is a very good and very appropriate choice. and I'm sure they won't just stop if it's only because of Red Trust.

Nope they ain't; being a bounty hunter I do know that trx fees are an issue; especially when most tokens can be sold only on CExes due to good liquidity and prices.

Suppose u have 400 tokens of X ICO; which cost 0.0001 ETH each; you have 0.04 ETH worth of tokens; selling them on a CEX and withdrawing the ETH will set u back by 0.01 ETH approx. in any circumstance (most CEXes demand 0.01 withdrawal trx fees which is preposterous and a loot); so pooling all tokens of suppose 15 hunters will be worth 0.6 ETH and the fee of 0.01ETH will get divided into 15 parts.

I do believe you don't trade in ETH and token dust; so this might not be the perspective u thought of; but yeah it is your judgement.

Also, I do agree that blockchain trxs are one of the best way to prove connected accounts.

Hello mr coinlocket$.
About your thread here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/20-senior-members-are-waiting-dt-for-red-trust-abusing-bounties-100smalleracc-4650049
I'm representing my friends that their account got listed there, All this time around we are working together with our own individual account as a community.
We've just realized that our account got listed there after we've got negative trust from "The Pharmacyst".
Since we done the same passion, so we makes our community, here is our website : http://kidoelkempoel.com/index.html
Please kindly remove your thread, cause we work on the bounty with our individual account.
About the wallet transaction, we done that to safe on transaction fee.
Thanks.

Looking on the website they probably have more accounts.
I've found only 10-15 accounts on the time of the report but on the website we have 28 people

Don't you see how happy they look in the picture. They think they found the goldmine and all their financial problems will end sooner rather than later. I have been said by The Pharmacist that these bounties payment are very lucrative even for the United States let alone for the Philippines. This is a sad situation, well I am jealous too, they shitpost half line sentences and get paid much more than I do.

Dude, it doesn't end there. They have a fucking blog/entire website, showcasing how abusing bounty campaigns can lead to a fucking good life. I am so jealous dude. Like, sitting here following the community based policies and they are chillin over there having horrible English but at the same time getting paid in much massive figures. Oh great!!!!

The one ring leader/boss here is : Leader Tim.

thermos, do something! Don't turn this forum into a fucking Battle Royale to see who survives till the end. As it is, most knowledgeable people left the forum, something needs to be done,at least for the love of bitcoin?  Huh

Providing AI/ChatGpt Services - PM!
Hypothetically speaking, 2 min per post = 30 posts in hour = 240 posts in 8 hours. They have to eat, go to toilet and login to different accounts(I'll remove 2 hours from their shift) - that is 180 posts a day, on weekly base that is 1260 posts, as you said they have to post 10 posts a week so one person can operate 126 accounts without problem.

9 laptops, 9 persons = 1100 shitposting accounts.
And that is just the estimation of bitcointalk posting. Bounties are massively spammed over Facebook/Twitter/Medium accounts as well. I'm pretty sure they would have 100's of social media accounts to make the most out of bounties. This is hilarious! Can't believe they have started a company for bounty whoring!

This made my day, I just can't stop laughing.

The excuse is BS, but the "team" is more or less, true. They are more likely blood relatives than a team. And most bounties require like 10 posts a week, by the looks of the image, it looks like they are sitting there, chillin' and abusing bounties with hundreds, if not thousands of accounts.
You are not far away from truth, as this is their job.

There are 8 people on picture, 9 laptops and 20 accounts connected, lets say it takes 2 minutes to enter thread, write one or two lines and to post it.

As long as they call the Bitcointalk.org forum as a place to work and blatanly even send PM showing their group work they deserve to be banned and not only given negative trust.
There are no rules for that, so they can't be banned, unless they are badly spamming, or breaking any of the current rules.

This forum is to discuss about bitcoin mainly, there are sections for different persons which maybe good at a thing (like I am in sport betting) to show off their talent but shitposting is a disastrous way to take this forum into a more filthy mess than it already is.
Yeah, we lost that long back.

If things go this way pretty soon we won't have a Technical Discussion or Development boards anymore, the spammers will infest that place too.
It won't happen most likely. Those boards are heavily moderated, spam gets immediately thrown out of there.
FYI, eth fees is 0.012$. Great, they are gonna buy bread with that saved money.  Roll Eyes

Bitcointalk is a forum, is a forum , is a forum. I hope your IQ of 0 or less gets that and stop posting shit. All I see here is people trying to scam in the lending section, digital goods and currency exchange one together with people who don't really know what they are posting mainly in the Bitcoin Discussion forum or speculation.
