If I may suggest, give those participants that's rejected for not having the correct code oe week (i believe one week is very sufficient to get notified and give an action) and if there still no response on changing their signature, they shall be considered leaving the campaign and should then be removed from the spreadsheet so other people will know they still have a chance.
The reasons for rejection were basically insufficient rank (i.e. newbie account), or not following the rules (wearing the signature). Of course people can rejoin the campaign.

You are accepted when you sign up. The only reason someone would get rejected later is if they did not follow the rules. The rules are very simple: wear the signature, don't spam, and make min. 25 posts during the whole campaign.

If you filled the "change rank form" then you have nothing to worry. The process is not automatic, as we will have to manually change the information to the spread sheet.

We will pay weekly depending on your rank, so if you go up a rank then you will earn more during the following weeks.

and after rank up senior member pay rate use senior member
