Can you prove somehow that you really have that business and that you do what you claim doing?

Yes. I have shipped print to members of the community. cobaltskky, the moderator of nxtforum, has one of our Chinese flashcard sets, the "dagongji" set.

What about pictures of your bureau, printers and products?

A picture of the new 551 is available above. In addition, photos of some of our flashcard and textbook sets are available on our development blog, at http://kongzi.ca/wordpress.

I wouldnt mind having the person in charge on one of the fotos ...

My photo is available on my Ardeva profile. https://ardeva.com/profile/cd8fe32c-4bc0-4664-afe3-5af90c7dba6a

...and i think investing only would be possible when i would get to see your ID or at least know your ID is with a trusted escrow on BCT.

No, that's somehwat invasive and it doesn't do anything. The above (with Ardeva) should be sufficient.

The best way to know we are for real is to order one of our products. I will give you one of our sets at cost if you are interested in doing a review. You can pay after you receive it if you don't trust us  Wink

At the moment all i see is a anonymous forum account claiming to have a business without proof, websites that could be done with an automated script pretty fast most probably and thats it. There are payments flowing though its open if those shares are really owned by other persons.

I think the scams in Bitcoinworld were far too great in numbers so that its not enough anymore to simply open a thread.

That's a sad reality we all have to deal with, but if you explore all the information available about the company, especially on our nxtforum discussion thread, I hope you will come to understand more about the company.

Quick question about the way shares are held. On your site you say that you hold the debt for us on coinsortium if we buy in via NXT. What exactly does this mean?

It was originally designed to prevent us from selling more than 1 million shares and diluting Coinsortium holders. Also, when calculating dividend payments, keeping the same number of shares we sold on NXT in a proxy account allows us to easily calculate how much we need to send to NXT.

But in practice we always have enough NXT lying around to avoid exchange fees, and the way it's set up now tends to confound what is actually going on with each listing. It doesn't affect your ownership of shares. I am actually thinking of just removing the clause and cancelling all the shares in the proxy account. The only difference it would make to you is that instead of looking at the shares sold on Coinsortium as the total float, you would have to add the shares sold on NXT to the shares sold on Coinsortium to get the total amount of shares. Other than that I can't see a difference.

At any rate we are going to close the IPO and start buying back shares before 100,000 shares are sold. It turns out we don't need that much money. Selling 80,000 or 90,000 shares will be more than enough to fund our operations for a year including making a bulk purchase. [edit: of toner, index cards, business cards/cardstock/a cutting machine, laminator pockets, etc.] Once we start buying back shares, I have a feeling our shareholders are going to be very happy.

The only issue you may encounter is that if Coinsortium closes and does not provide proof of ownership, you will not be able to claim any shares you held on Coinsortium. In that respect holding on NXT is probably the better deal.

That does not make sense.  I buy a share for .001 you send me more than that on first payment?  Where did your money come from?

The information you're looking for is available on our asset page, our company presentation and this blog post about the company's products. Our website has links to all of this information.

Thanks and allow us to offer you a discount on any of our flashcard products; just mention we said so and your bitcointalk.org username when you contact us with your order.

So you are selling shares for .001 and your first dividend payment was for more than the purchase price?

Yes. In a Coinsortium IPO securities do not have access to IPO shares. Therefore we can only send payments to shares people have bought on the exchange.

If we held back money because it was only a few hundred shares, it would be a violation of our contract. That's probably not a good way to start our listing.

Thank you for your time,

“In general, we look for a new law by the following process: First we guess it; then we compute the consequences of the guess to see what would be implied if this law that we guessed is right; then we compare the result of the computation to nature, with experiment or experience, compare it directly with observation, to see if it works. If it disagrees with experiment, it is wrong. In that simple statement is the key to science. It does not make any difference how beautiful your guess is, it does not make any difference how smart you are, who made the guess, or what his name is — if it disagrees with experiment, it is wrong.”

KPS Frequently Asked Questions

1. This is a self-moderated thread. What are the rules?
- This thread is for news and updates regarding Kongzi Print Shop.
- Please be patient; we do not have a support agent on bitcointalk. It may take up to 7 days to receive a response.
- To keep things tidy and clean, all off-topic posts will be deleted on, before or after a grace period of 90 days.
- Posts containing questions answered on our asset page, in our company presentation or in this FAQ will be removed without further explanation.
- PG rating. This is a family thread.

2. Company Information & Updates
We will publish updates via announcement on coinsortium.co. We will post our company presentation and articles about our company on kongzi.ca.
You should rely only on the information contained in our own news releases and our presentation. We have not authorized any other parties to provide you with different information. If anyone provides you with different or inconsistent information, you should not rely on it.

3. Where do you list?
We list on coinsortium and on the NXT decentralized exchange.

4. How does your NXT listing work?
Asset ID: 10941619155761914846 -- always check the Asset ID when trading.
When a share is sold over NXT, we convert NXT into BTC and hold shares on your behalf on coinsortium.co. No share dilution will occur as a result of our listing on the NXT decentralized exchange. Note: The NXT team is currently working on single-transaction payments for asset issuers. Until then, payments which are less than transaction fees will be held until the end of the month.

5. Should I buy on Coinsortium or on NXT?
If you buy on Coinsortium you hold direct (first-class) shares. However, Coinsortium does not provide shareholder lists to the asset issuer and in the event of an exchange closure you will not be able to verify your ownership of shares in KPS. If you buy and hold your shares in your personal NXT account, you hold them in your hand, and there's no such thing as an "exchange closure". For this reason alone we must recommend you buy your shares on the NXT decentralized exchange until such time as Coinsortium is able to give us lists of asset holders on a regular basis.

6. You could be a scam! Let's play a game of what-if. We will start with, what if you just drop ship all your cards and you aren't really a print shop?
If we drop ship our cards, we are still a real business because we take money from customers and send them cards for a profit.

6b. What if all the pictures you took for your business were stolen from somewhere else?
If that were true, then you could easily find them with google goggles or a similar image search application. You can't. This is essentially proof the images are for real.

6c. (Since you don't appear in any of the pictures) What if the Ardeva image of you isn't real?
If the Ardeva image of me is not real, then I have managed to fake a passport, and several forms of photo government identification. But the rabbithole goes deeper, because I've also verified my address, my credit card, my employer and income... No, I don't think calling Ardeva into question is an option here.

6d. What if... What if...
This game of what-if never really ends. If you are that concerned, then first of all, thank you for being interested in investing in our company. I mean that. We are proud of you, and now you have some homework to do, and we can't do your homework for you. Please read our website, our blog, and our discussion thread on nxtforum. Read our dividend announcement threads, there's a few bits in there too. Read our announcements page on coinsortium.co. Then ask questions. I don't mean ask "Is ArDeVA a ScAM?", I mean ask someone who's ordered from us if we do ok business, or ask for a sample of our products. Anything but this cheese-shop what-if-you're-a-scam endless line of questioning. We both knew it would come to this eventually, thus this entry in the faq and no more. Feel free to test the thread's moderation policy (see question 1).
